Hero Down: Marion County Deputy & Civilian Killed In Crash

Marion County, SC – A Marion County Deputy Sheriff was killed in an on-duty traffic collision on Wednesday night.
Authorities say Deputy Jonathan David Price, 29, was killed in a crash on Maiden Down Road and Jackson Avenue.
Deputy Price collided with another vehicle, driven by 35-year-old Patrick McCormick, who was also killed.
The crash remains under investigation.
Deputy Price leaves behind a wife and three children. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family, department, and the community.
