This case asks whether Facebook can, without consequence, engage in brazen torturous, unfair and anti-competitive, extortionate, and/or fraudulent practices that caused the build-up (through years of hard work and entrepreneurship) and subsequent destruction of Fyk’s multi-million dollar business with over 25,000,000 followers merely because Facebook “owns” its “free” social media platform.
