Hey there! I’m an attorney whose research required me to read this petition and I have to say that it is the worst legal document I have ever read. It is filled with half-thoughts and generalizations that don’t belong within a mile of any legal filing. Funnily enough, it was dismissed for lack of a complaint. Every attorney worth that title knows that the first step to filing a lawsuit is filing a complaint. I’m hoping my comment isn’t censored!
And one more thing, it’s very funny that this guy argues that corporations shouldn’t be allowed to violate our rights just because they have “inc” after their names. He has accidentally made a case for socialism!
