Radical Transgender ANTIFA Activist Arrestee in Portland Riots Arrested Again, Released Without Bail

PORTLAND, OR – On Friday, July 23, a frequent-flyer in the Multnomah County jail was arrested for starting a fight [1] with Subway employees.

Police say that Peter Wilson Curtis, who also goes by the name “Tabitha Poppins, went into a Subway in Chinatown and started a fight with the employees. Curtis, 41 years old, allegedly “slammed his hands down” and broke the glass above the food.

Curtis was taken to jail and booked on the charges [3] of second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal trespassing, third-degree theft, menacing and second-degree disorderly conduct. Curtis was released with no bail.

Last year during the rioting in Portland, Curtis was arrested five times from June through September for misdemeanor charges including reckless endangerment, resisting arrest, and escape. All charges from those incidents were dropped.

Andy Ngo with The Post Millennial reported that Curtis, a transgender, was often seen during the riots sticking out of the crowd with colorful dresses. In the video above, Curtis is seen dancing on a stolen table from a restaurant that’s set on fire, while banging on a bucket. He’d been released (with no bail) [9] just that day after having been arrested the night before at a riot for criminal mischief, reckless endangerment, and escape.

Curtis has plead not guilty to the current charges against him. He’s set to appear in court September 3.
