Although President Joe Biden waited till the last minute, all of America knows that the war in Afghanistan was almost pointless as the Taliban has retaken most of it with relative ease. It was just a few hours ago that Biden finally emerged from his vacation at Camp David to give a press conference where he just blasted former President Donald Trump.

And as usual, Biden quickly jostled off stage before taking a single question from the press. But while the President was unwilling to talk, it appears Vice President Kamala Harris was tweeting during the time the Taliban was regaining control. And it wasn’t about the same thing…

It should come as no surprise that the Democrats have started a war of their own with COVID-19. Since winning the election, the entire Biden Administration has been focused on one thing – getting Americans vaccinated. And as you might have guessed, Harris was actually tweeting about getting vaccinated while the Taliban retook Kabul. She tweeted, “Please protect yourself and your loved ones – get vaccinated.”

For those that are wondering, at the time of the tweet, the Taliban takeover was already trending on major social media sites. Users were definitely quick to point out how Afghanistan was in dire need of help and all Harris wanted to talk about was getting vaccinated.

Patrick McClure wasn’t satisfied with Harris’s tweet as he replied, “I believe most American people are more worried about the crisis at our southern border and the terrorism happening in Afghanistan.”

Almost knowing that the Biden Administration was going to take a fair amount of heat for the decision to pull out of Afghanistan, Harris confirmed on Sunday that  “she was the last person in the room before President Joe Biden made the decision to pull all U.S. troops out of Afghanistan.”

Surprisingly that isn’t all as Kyle Becker tweeted that Harris was worried her approval ratings would drop. He tweeted, “Harris was reportedly pressed to give an update on Afghanistan to the American people but refused. White House source says Kamala Harris could be heard screaming today: “They will not pin this s*** on me!”

Knowing the end is near and the Biden presidency is in shambles, it appears Harris is desperately trying to save her future in politics by completely distancing herself from Biden.
