WASHINGTON, DC – The Capitol Police have announced that they are planning to re-install fencing around the Capitol in preparation for a rally in support of those arrested for the January 6 event in DC.
The rally, scheduled for September 18, has been labeled Justice For J6 and seeks to demand justice for those citizens who were arrested for entering the Capitol building on January 6, 2021. A House Democrat aide said that the request for the fencing will likely be granted. No National Guard has been activated for the location at this time.
White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki was asked by a reporter, “Should Americans expect this fence to go up every time there’s a new First Amendment demonstration?”
Continuing to push that the events of January 6 amounted to an “insurrection,” Psaki answered, “The leaders on Capitol Hill, they take steps to ensure that their members are safe. And obviously, the events on January 6th — a terrible day in our democracy — are still fresh in their minds. So, of course, they’re going to take those steps.”
The protective fencing that surrounded the U.S. Capitol for months after the Jan. 6 insurrection will be reinstalled next week ahead of a Sept. 18 rally in support of the hundreds of people charged in connection with the riot. https://t.co/DZ26jkV8fv

The Guardian has reported that Congress has authorized the use of deadly force, with no explanation on what the parameters are for its use. The intent, they said, is to “protect members of Congress and staff.”
One person was killed during the January 6 event, and that was unarmed military veteran, Ashli Babbitt, who was killed by Capitol Police Lieutenant Michael Byrd while entering the Capitol.
Lieutenant Byrd has since said that he “saved countless lives” after shooting and killing the unarmed woman.
The FBI has since announced that they have no evidence of a coordinated attack on the Capitol that day, despite the fact that Democrats and several Republicans (who have since been labeled by many of their constituents as traitors and RINO’s) voted to impeach President Trump over his alleged “incitement” of the “riot.”
The September 18 rally is planned by Matt Braynard and his organization Look Ahead America. The intent is to ask the Justice Department to drop the charges that non-violent protesters are facing surrounding the January 6 incident.
