Several governments around the world have been accused of overreaching as they try to fight the COVID-19 pandemic. While nobody has been able to prove any type of corruption, a former member of the Australian Parliament made a shocking announcement that both Pfizer and AstraZeneca were paying lobbyists to sway leaders to push the vaccine mandate through.

While the man behind the comments, Clive Palmer, made his startling comments weeks ago, it wasn’t until New South Wales Premier Gladys Berejiklian resigned after a corruption probe in her dealings that people started to listen. Now that Palmer has their attention, he added that Berejiklian was informed that she wouldn’t be charged in the probe if she imposed the vaccine mandate on citizens.

Not only did Palmer say that Berejiklian was forced to impose the vaccine mandate but she also enforced some of the strictest lockdowns in the world. Even after she resigned, she told residents of Sydney that they had to get the vaccine. She sternly warned that they could face total social isolation when the stay-at-home order ends in December.

She added that the lockdowns could last indefinitely.

Talking to reporters about his comments, Palmer said, “The only way she gets out of the inquiry is if she pushes the double jab.”

Even when a reporter pushed back, “You think the premier of New South Wales is trying to destroy businesses?”

Palmer bluntly stated, “I do. She’s being directed by lobbyists in Sydney, who is being paid by AstraZeneca and by Pfizer tens of millions of dollars to get these policies through, to make sure the vaccines get pushed…that’s my personal knowledge and I’m happy to make a statement here, to police, to anyone.”
