Swedish news outlets Svenska Dagbladet shared data from the Swedish Public Health Agency that noted 70% of Covid death between September 1st and the 24th were among “fully vaccinated” individuals. During the timeframe mentioned above, Sweden had recorded a total of roughly 130 Covid deaths.
Microbiology researcher Farshid Jalalvand notes that the uptick in deaths among the fully vaccinated could stem from any number of things, saying “that it has now been quite a while since the oldest ones were vaccinated, that the vaccine coverage has increased, that the restrictions have been eased, and that the Delta strain has taken over.”
Sweden reportedly boasts a near 75% vaccination rate among citizens aged 16 or older, with the Swedish Public Health Agency announcing on October 21st that “fully vaccinated” individuals will be exempt from Covid testing requirements even if they’re symptomatic – and after the same agency reported the uptick in post-vaccination Covid deaths.
UK Health Safety Agency (UKHSA) also reported a similar phenomenon in the realm of post-vaccine deaths from Covid. Like Sweden, the UK showed around 70% of people dying from Covid between September 6th and October 3rd.
They’re not hiding it. They just think you won’t look for and understand it.

UKHSA data showed that during the aforementioned period, there were 2,281 deaths from Covid among the fully vaccinated, with 98 deaths from those partially vaccinated and 611 deaths from those unvaccinated.
Vaccinated individuals also topped Covid hospitalizations, according to the most recent UKSHA data. Between September 6th and October 3rd, 3,910 completely vaccinated individuals were admitted to the hospital for COVID, compared to roughly 2,400 unvaccinated patients.
A total of 64% of all Covid-related hospitalizations were attributed to those who were completely or partially vaccinated.
Deaths among the fully vaccinated are also seeing concerning increases in the United States, as reports from earlier in October noted that over 40% of people who died from Covid during a six-week period in Maryland were fully vaccinated.
Former Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Director Robert Redfield shared the news regarding Maryland back on October 25th during an appearance on Fox News:
“I hear a lot of times people feel it’s a rare event that fully vaccinated people may die. I happen to be the senior advisor to Governor Hogan in the state of Maryland. In the last 6-8 weeks, more than 40 percent of people who died in Maryland were fully vaccinated.”
