OWEN SOUND, ONTARIO – An emergency room and family practice physician in Ontario has resigned from her position over ethical issues with her employer, more specifically, forced vaccines.
Dr. Rochagné Kilian worked for Ontario health system and Grey Bruce Health Services (GBHS) and said they crossed an “ethical line” at all levels regarding forced vaccinations and denying informed consent.
Kilian said she considered situation to be unethical behavior due to the “coercive mentality” and pressuring people to receive a vaccine that is still in “clinical trials.”
Further, Kilian said that the forced vaccinations were even more unethical because of their ineffectiveness. She said that 80% of ER patients she saw in the last month were actually “double vaxxed.”

In a virtual meeting with GBHS Gary Sims and others, she directly asked several questions regarding the vaccine mandates, segregation of the unvaccinated, and restrictions put forth by the health care system. Sims appeared to not be prepared for the questions and didn’t answer them, but rather said that the government doesn’t impose “oversight or input” over such situations.
Kilian responded that GBHS “should consider” giving people more input and information prior to asking for consent, or forcing a vaccine.
Sims said in the meeting, “In a pandemic, some of those pieces that you think would be there [mechanisms of informed consent from the government] when you have lots of time to review stuff … in a pandemic, they’re going to pass mandates, and they’re going to pass laws, and they’re going to pass directives as needed to manage that pandemic. And some of the things … will feel like they’re infringing on or taking short cuts … they are doing that directly to save lives.”
Kilian also noted that she’s seen a steep rise in patients coming in with heart issues after having taken the vaccine, many of whom did not have preexisting conditions. She also pointed to “strange” events, such as “people coming with newly diagnosed high blood-pressure, diabetics that was controlled that are no longer controlled – their sugars are either through the roof or they’re down in the ground … The only factor … constant that changed in their life was the injection of an experimental biologic.”
Life Site News reported, “[Kilian] said that throughout the entire time that the pandemic has been declared, she has only admitted two patients to the ICU that tested positive for COVID. She then clarified that this did not mean they were in the ICU due to COVID, but only that they had tested positive.”
