Making his announcement on Friday, President Biden believed that the general public didn’t need a speech, so instead, he sent a memo saying the files surrounding Kennedy’s assassination wouldn’t be released until next December. Even then, they might not be released again as Biden could simply make up another excuse. For now, he is sticking with COVID-19.
That’s right, Biden’s hilarious memo claims that due to COVID-19, the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) and the National Archivist have been affected by the pandemic.
