DURHAM, NC – Reports are surfacing of at least three people being shot during an incident at The Streets at Southpoint Mall in Durham on November 26th. Officials have not yet provided details on the exact conditions of the persons injured during the incident, but police have confirmed a suspect is in custody.
The incident occurred during the afternoon of November 26th, as Black Friday shoppers were at the mall when reportedly as many as six shots were fired. The identity of the three victims have not been shared yet by authorities, nor the identity of the suspect taken into custody.
Local WRAL report Aaron Thomas had just so happened to have been shopping inside of the mall when the incident occurred, taking to Twitter after having been locked inside of one of the stores when the mall was locked down following the shooting.
“I’m currently locked in a store with other shoppers due to a lockdown situation in Streets at Southpoint Mall in [Durham]. We’re waiting to hear from security what prompted this situation. While shopping, I saw many people running.”

Councilman Mark-Anthony Middleton noted that the incident is still being investigated by authorities.
“The situation is still fluid, but of course we’re all deeply, deeply concerned. This is Black Friday. This is a huge shopping day. We know a lot of people are out after the holiday trying to do shopping.”
Miranda, an employee of Sunglass Hut at the mall, described the crowd of people that began running after the shots went off.
“We were working with customers and then all we saw was people starting to run and screaming and then everybody was just starting to panic. I didn’t see anything thing else other than that, I didn’t hear anything except just people running obviously towards the exit…I called security and they told me to shelter in place.”
Shoppers were eventually escorted out of the mall by first responders following the incident.
A heavy police presence was reported as still being on-scene as of 5:00 p.m. local time, with the mall remaining closed until further notice. Officials are expected to provide an update on the incident later in the evening of November 26th.

The “perfect” reason for Joe Biden to take away your guns so he can force a jab into your arm without resistance!
Okay now I’m not buying it. How do we know this isn’t just more FEMA or DHS full scale exercises. Cmon. These ridiculously short trials of cases that should have never gone to trial? You gotta watch these assholes and figure out what they are really trying to distract you from paying attention too.
