A right-to-know lawsuit had been filed in May, according to the source, which alleged that an election machine had shredded “thousands of absentee and mail-in ballots.” Data reportedly corroborated that these were deliberately erased prior to the filing of the lawsuit.

Video was also released to back the lawsuit, one of which included Tom Gallagher, an attorney for Delaware County. In it, he appeared to be throwing return ballots into a trashcan. “At this point,” Gallagher said in the video, “I don’t want anybody to pick it up, and thinking we threw stuff away.”

A man named “Ziggy” replied, “We’re going to have a little campfire going.”

A second video featured Ziggy as well. In it, he said, “What we have here is evidence. What we have there is evidence. Right? Let them figure it out.

After the whistleblower in the video asked about the tapes that he’d seen be thrown away despite the fact that they’re required to keep them for 22 months post-election, Ziggy responded, “Well, let’s put it this way. Yes, there are tapes that are being tossed, but they are of no audit value.”
