During an interview with Guy Benson this week, Fox News host Tucker Carlson was asked about a a new poll that shows that a plurality of voters believe that Joe Biden is not mentally fit enough to be president. What Carlson said in response is truly shocking, as he revealed that he has information from inside the Biden family about the president’s mental state.
“I know a bunch of members of his family and some a couple of them very well,” Carlson said, according to Town Hall. “And I knew for a fact that certain members of the family were very concerned about his cognitive ability.”
“They didn’t expect him to get the nomination. Nobody did,” he added. “And he got it and they were freaked out about it. That’s…I’m not speculating. I know that for a fact. So I knew that the family believed he was in cognitive decline. So there’s that and that’s news. That’s news.”
This comes after the White House released a copy of results from President Biden’s first physical exam. White House physician Kevin O’Connor claimed in the results that Biden “remains a healthy, vigorous, 78-year-old male, who is fit to successfully execute the duties of the Presidency.”
However, O’Connor noted that Biden’s current medical issues include “a-fib with normal ventricular response, hyperlipidemia, gastroesophageal reflux, seasonal allergies, spinal arthritis and mild sensory peripheral neuropathy of both feet.”
Dr. Marc Siegel, a Clinical Professor of Medicine and a practicing internist at NYU Langone Medical Center, spoke out afterward to reveal some concerns he had about the exam report.
“I don’t like that they ascribe his gait issues to a broken foot. First of all, why did he fall,” Siegel questioned, going on to say that the report also “prescribes the gait problem to spondylosis.”

“That’s an incomplete characterization,” Siegel continued. “What I want to know is, where’s the MRIs and where’s the EMGs?
“They did a thorough neurological exam, but they also need to do a nerve conduction EMG, and they need to do an MRI of the brain and the spinal cord to try and explain where this gait problem comes from,” he stated.
The report noticeably did not include a cognitive exam of the president, which Biden found disturbing.
“If we’re looking into neurological causes for the gait change, I don’t think the way they characterize that in the physical is sufficient,” Siegel said. “I want more information. I want to know what the MRIs show, and I want to know what the nerve conduction EMG shows to rule out things that are more extensive, that by the way, can be associated with cognitive changes like mental status, like dementia.”
