The former President Donald Trump called out Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) in a blistering statement on Tuesday as her feud with Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) continues.
“Congresswoman Ilhan Omar should apologize for marrying her brother, committing large-scale immigration and election fraud, wishing death to Israel, and for essentially abandoning her former country, which doesn’t even have a government—Exactly what she’d like to see for the United States!” Trump said.

Omar responded on Tuesday night by saying, “We cannot pretend that this hate speech from leading politicians doesn’t have real consequences. The truth is that anti-Muslim hate is on the rise both here at home and around the world.”
Boebert has come under fire as of late for making a terrorist joke about Omar. While speaking at an event over the Thanksgiving break, Boebert described leaving the Capitol in an elevator recently when a Capitol police officer ran over to unsuccessfully try and stop it “with fret all over his face.”
“I look to my left, and there she is: Ilhan Omar,” Boebert said. “And I said, ‘Well, she doesn’t have a backpack. We should be fine.'”
Boebert then claimed that she told Omar, “Oh, look, the jihad squad decided to show up for work today.'”

Omar has since claimed that Boebert fabricated the story. She has also repeatedly falsely alleged that Boebert hadn’t apologized for the joke when she did, in fact, do just that last Friday.
“I apologize to anyone in the Muslim community I offended with my comment about Rep. Omar,” Boebert tweeted. “I have reached out to her office to speak with her directly. There are plenty of policy differences to focus on without this unnecessary distraction.”
On Monday, Boebert called Omar directly to discuss the scandal, and it didn’t take long for their conversation to go off the rails.
“She kept asking for a public apology, so I told Ilhan Omar that she should make a public apology to the American people for her anti-American, anti-Semitic, anti-police rhetoric,” claimed Boebert. “She continued to press, and I continued to press back. And then, Representative Omar hung up on me.”

There has never been any love lost between Trump and Omar. Yahoo News reported that back in 2019, Trump told Omar and her fellow radically liberal members of ” he Squad” to “go back and fix the broken and crime-infested places from which they came.”

I think it was cowardly of Boebert to apologize to Omar if you hear some of the things Omar has said about this country and the people of this country. I’m truly disappointed in Lauren.
Lauren should NOT have apologized. Omar, that brother-banging tart that came to the US illegally, needs to go home. There’s enough data on her and her fraudulent application for citizenship to nullify her right to stay here.
