Former President Donald Trump issued an endorsement for Mike Dunleavy in the Alaska governor race on Tuesday night, but only on the condition that he not endorse the RINO Senator Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) as she runs for reelection.
“Mike Dunleavy has been a strong and consistent Conservative since his time in the Alaska State Senate. I was proud to endorse his first run for Governor, and I am proud to support his reelection, too,” Trump said. “From his handling of the virus, support of the Constitution—including the Second and Tenth Amendments—taking advantage of all the opportunities Alaska has to offer, and his strong pushback against the Liberal Biden Administration’s attempt to hurt our great Country.”

“Alaska needs Mike Dunleavy as Governor now more than ever. He has my Complete and Total Endorsement but, this endorsement is subject to his non-endorsement of Senator Lisa Murkowski who has been very bad for Alaska,” he added. “In other words, if Mike endorses her, which is his prerogative, my endorsement of him is null and void, and of no further force or effect!”

Daily Mail reported that Dunleavy has long been an ally of Trump’s, supporting his efforts to challenge the results of the 2020 presidential election.
“I, for one, will support our president’s efforts to ensure that the election is completed with integrity. Let us hope and pray that it is,” he said in November of 2020.

Trump pledged earlier this year that he would campaign against Murkowski, who voted in favor of impeaching him.
“I will not be endorsing, under any circumstances, the failed candidate from the great State of Alaska, Lisa Murkowski,” Trump said back in March, according to The Daily Caller. “She represents her state badly and her country even worse. I do not know where other people will be next year, but I know where I will be — in Alaska campaigning against a disloyal and very bad Senator.”
Trump has endorsed Kelly Tshibaka, who is challenging Murkowski in the Alaska Senate race.

“‘Murkowski has got to go!,” Trump said back in June. “Kelly Tshibaka is the candidate who can beat Murkowski — and she will. Kelly is a fighter who stands for Alaska values and America First. She is MAGA all the way, pro-energy, strong on the Border, tough on Crime and totally supports our Military and our great Vets.”
