With the filibuster being buried thanks to not only the Republicans but also two Democrats, Senator Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema, the liberal party has been under constant pressure to achieve some positive outcome while they still control D.C. It’s already known that the 2022 midterms are quickly approaching and with division in the Democratic party, the polls are predicting massive gains for the GOP.
But while the Democrats might be bickering amongst themselves, new rumors are circulating that former President Donald Trump and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis are at war with each other as both are top picks for the 2024 Presidential election.
Although the Democrats might be known to fight and scramble within their own party, Trump recently spoke on Fox News with Sean Hannity and destroyed the narrative being presented as nothing more than fake news.
In the video below, Trump stated, “I think Ron said last week publicly, ‘The press is never going to get in the middle of my friendship with Donald Trump. We are not going to do that stuff.’ He said it very strongly. I thought that was very interesting and very nice. He said that, and I agree 100%. I have a very good relationship with Ron and intend to for a long time.”
Also discussing the midterm election, Trump added it was “all about ‘Make America Great Again'” and Americans “are going to have a stronger Republican Party.”
As for the question many Americans want to know, Trump yet again dodged him declaring if he was going to run for office in 2024. He did say, “You’ll be very happy.”
