Many cities that have defunded their police departments have already started to allocate funds back into the departments realizing that police are essential to keeping cities safe. New York City, Oakland, Baltimore, Minneapolis, and Los Angeles are among the major cities that have reallocated funds back into their police departments to help combat the increase in crime.
Jen Psaki wants you to know that the “underfunding of police departments” has led to the surge in crime.
