With President Joe Biden trying to force the COVID-19 jab on the American people, the issue over medical freedom and how much control a government can have over an individual has made its way to the Supreme Court. And while it might be the highest court in America, it appears that the COVID-19 hysteria that the Democrats and Dr. Anthony Fauci have spread has made it all the way to the Supreme Court Justices.
In the video, which is featured below, Newsmax hosted a panel that not only discussed the COVID-19 jab mandate but what Justice Elena Kagan recently said about how the drug can supposedly reduce the spread of the virus. “There’s nothing else that will perform that function better than incentivizing people strongly to vaccinate themselves. So, you know, whatever necessary means, whatever grave means, why isn’t this necessary and grave?”
While there has been ample evidence presented showing that the jab does not stop COVID-19 from spreading or from a person contracting it. Apparently, it was just Justice Kagan who has fallen for the misinformation peddled by the Biden administration. Justice Sonia Sotomayor also added in her own facts surrounding COVID-19, suggesting “Catching COVID keeps people out of the workplace for extraordinary periods of time,” and that “those numbers show that omicron is as deadly and causes as much serious disease in the unvaccinated as delta did.”
Sadly, that wasn’t the most outrageous thing said by Justice Sotomayor as she went on to add that “hospitals are almost all full capacity” as over 100,000 children are in care centers due to COVID-19. Again, that is simply not true as the data shows less than 4,000 kids in hospitals due to the coronavirus. The Washington Post even ran a story on it, “More than 4,000 children were hospitalized with covid-19 across the nation Wednesday, Washington Post figures show, marking a new high that towers above previous peaks set during the summer when the delta variant was driving up infections.”
Justice Sotomayor didn’t stop with just children in hospitals as she would also spread supposed facts about how, Covid deaths are at an all-time high, Omicron has been deadlier than Delta, 100K children are hospitalized with covid, and OSHA’s regulatory authority is a federal “police power.”
Justice Sotomayor during this oral arguments:
– Claimed covid deaths are at an all time high
– Claimed that Omicron has been deadlier than Delta
– Claimed 100K children are hospitalized with covid
– Said OSHA's regulatory authority is a federal "police power."

Appearing to be the product of the COVID-19 agenda created by the Democrats, Patrick Witt tweeted about his time at Harvard Law school and the people who knew Sotomayor. “I went to Harvard Law and have many friends who clerked on SCOTUS. They’ve all told me that Sotomayor is the dumbest justice that has been on the Court in decades.”

Red Voice Media would like to make a point of clarification on why we do not refer to any shot related to COVID-19 as a "vaccine." According to the CDC, the definition of a vaccine necessitates that said vaccine have a lasting effect of at least one year in preventing the contraction of the virus or disease it's intended to fight. Because all of the COVID-19 shots thus far available have barely offered six months of protection, and even then not absolute, Red Voice Media has made the decision hereafter to no longer refer to the Pfizer, Moderna, or Johnson & Johnson substances as vaccinations.
