UPPER MARLBORO, MD – The competency of President Joe Biden is coming into question once again after a video started making the rounds online of him uttering a nonsensical string of words [1] for about 11 seconds earlier in February.
On February 4th, President Biden delivered an address [2] while joining alongside union members at Ironworkers Local 5 in Upper Marlboro, where he’d signed an executive order affording additional protections for construction workers on federally contracted projects.

While Biden was trying to conclude his address, he seemingly went off on some sort of gibberish-infused rant that made little to no sense.
“I don’t want to get going because I’d keep you here too long because you know all what I’m about to, what I’ve said, and you know what I’ve done, and you know what we’re doing, and I know what you’re doing.”
Biden has managed to craft a sort of panache when it comes to his gaffes or periods of simply making no sense.
Back in December, we at Red Voice Media [4] reported on how in a mere 10 seconds, Biden managed to pull off two fairly substantial gaffes in one address delivered at South Carolina State University – one where he referred to Kamala Harris as “President Harris” and another where he claimed to have attended Delaware State despite him actually having attended University of Delaware.
Of course, when Biden’s wife Jill was asked back in December about various concerns over her husband’s mental fitness – considering these frequent gaffes and such – she claimed [6] that entertaining such concepts are “ridiculous.”
Jill Biden delivered said response during a sit-down interview with CBS Rita Braver at Camp David, where Braver noted that “quite a few Americans have some questions about the president’s current mental fitness.”
Namely, a survey had been conducted the month prior to the interview, where only 46% of respondents stated that they believed President Biden was “mentally fit”, whereas 48% percent of respondents believed the opposite.
Still, even when confronted with these realities, Jill Biden confidently claimed that “I think that’s ridiculous” when hearing people are concerned about the president’s mental fitness.
