During a recent appearance on Fox News, Republican Rep. Jim Jordan joined Fox News host Maria Bartiromo to discuss how the Washington Post and other media organizations worked to cover up the scandals of the Biden family.
As we previously covered here at Red Voice Media, Bartiromo referenced an interview with Republican Sen. Ron Johnson from earlier in April where he claimed that outlets like the Washington Post and the New York Times had employed an “intelligence community technique” to foster their cover up for the Biden family.
“The media is being caught in a cover-up, they’re being caught with their lies, what you do – and this is an intelligence community technique – is you engage in what they call a limited hangout, or in Nixon’s case, a modified limited hangout. You let out just enough information, just enough truth, to try and get you by the moment. We can’t allow our intelligence agencies, Department of Justice, the FBI, or the media to get away with this.”
After introducing Rep. Jordan on the April 10th broadcast of the Sunday Morning Futures program, Bartiromo asked the congressman what his takeaway was from the media collusion regarding the Hunter Biden laptop story and whether the president’s son is at risk of being indicted in the future.
The Ohio congressman stated he wasn’t sure if indictments will manifest, but noted it is a possibility. However, Rep. Jordan touched on how the narrative from the mainstream media remarkably evolved regarding the Hunter Biden laptop story.
“I mean, you mentioned those two stories from the Washington Post 10 days ago, understand they were four minutes apart – One was that 11:00, one was at 11:04. So, two eight-page long stories, four minutes apart from the news organization that said 18 months ago, ‘There was no story here, this was Russian disinformation,’ that tells you something is up.
“But you don’t see the Washington Post do that. I think it’s interesting to Maria how this story has evolved, how it has changed. Remember, it started off as, ‘Oh, it wasn’t his laptop,’ then it was, ‘Well, it was his laptop, but it was Russian disinformation.’
“Now it’s, ‘No it wasn’t Russian disinformation, but Joe had nothing to do with it.’ And now finally it is, ‘Well, Joe had something to do with it, but he really didn’t do anything wrong.’ In fact, that’s what his chief of staff Ron Klain told us last Sunday on the Sunday show. So, my how this story has changed. And now we find out these text messages and emails that linked the entire family, not just Hunter and Joe, but also uncle…Joe’s brother James Biden is involved in this as well.”
Bartiromo and Rep. Jordan went on to discuss some of the bombshell findings that have stemmed from the Hunter Biden laptop story before segueing into how purported former intelligence officials signed onto the notion that the laptop story was some sort of “Russian disinformation” effort back in October of 2020.
Rep. Jordan emphasized how “so wrong and so bad” it was for these 51 former intel officials to come forward in October of 2020 and clamor about disinformation, saying that they used the gravitas of their intel resumes to bolster the notion that the Hunter Biden laptop story was bogus.
“These 51 former intelligence officials, when they come out with a statement like this, you’re thinking, ‘Wow, these are guys who are supposed to be in the know,’ they were in the know when they were in the government. And so, there’s added weight to that. But when they mislead us, that makes it all the more wrong. And that’s why we got to get to the bottom of this because it’s happened more than once now. And that is not supposed to be that way, in our great country.”
