By now, America and the rest of the world knows that SpaceX CEO and billionaire Elon Musk has not only made a move to buy Twitter, but it appears the offer was accepted for roughly $44 billion. Even before Musk decided to make an offer, he practically overnight became one of its largest shareholders. At the same time, news outlets like CNN and MSNBC criticized the move, claiming it was giving too much power to one person.
Although most liberal outlets have been attacking the move, below, a MSNBC host decided to give a breakdown of what Musk could do with so much power at his disposal. While MSNBC might have been trying to scare viewers into believing the sale was dangerous for America, the host accidentally shared a theory on how many believe Joe Biden won the 2020 election. Take a look.
Not missing a beat, the host stated, “You own all of Twitter or Facebook or what have you. You don’t have to explain yourself. You don’t even have to be transparent. You could secretly ban one party’s candidate or all of its candidates, all of its nominees. Or you could just secretly turn down the reach of their stuff and turn up the reach of something else and the rest of us might not even find out about it till after the election. Elon Musk says this is all to help people because he is just a free speech, philosophically clear, open minded, helper.”
What makes the attack on Musk so interesting is the fact that hosts like Brain Stelter haven’t mentioned a word about Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg. They even seemed to forget Zuckerberg poured over $419 million into two liberal groups that dispersed the money to Democrat counties.
Discussing the election fraud by Zuckerberg, editor-in-chief of The Federalist, Mollie Hemingway, admitted, “The left-wing Center for Technology and Civic Life, run by Obama political veterans, has already admitted it plans to continue its takeover of government election offices in swing states using the same grant model it deployed with Zuckerberg funding in 2020. These grants enabled these left-wing activists to essentially run the entire Democrat Get-Out-The-Vote operation from inside the government. States that care about election integrity need to protect their systems from control by the world’s wealthiest and most powerful individuals.”
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis added, “We banned Zuckerbucks. Now they did put some money into Florida, not as much as they did in like Texas or Pennsylvania or some of that, but that is now banned. Elections should be administered by these offices, not by private tech moguls coming in and basically commandeering the machinery of the elections. So I think that we’ve taken a lot of action. We had a good election.”
