NEW YORK, NY – Project Veritas recently unveiled an explosive interview with an FBI whistleblower who shared details and a document relating to the agency’s targeting of the news media outlet. This FBI whistleblower, who is still with the agency, reportedly came forward after witnessing “a number of troubling things that are happening in the FBI.”
Red Voice Media previously reported on the unprecedented attack on journalism waged by the FBI against Project Veritas, where various FBI raids were conducted at the homes of their journalists and even their founder, James O’Keefe, all seemingly stemming from Project Veritas having been contacted in 2020 about a source having Ashley Biden’s diary.
Project Veritas was first contacted about the diary back in September of 2020 and wound up handing the diary to police in November of that year – never even publishing any of the information contained in the diary while it was in their possession.
Yet secret search warrants began rolling out in November of 2020, first starting with email headers and timestamps of Project Veritas journalists. By January of 2021, the secret search warrants escalated to seeking subscriber info, all emails, and address books. Secret search warrants of this nature carried on for months until November of 2021 when the actual raids were conducted at homes of Project Veritas journalists and O’Keefe.
On May 11th, Project Veritas released the one-on-one interview between O’Keefe and the FBI whistleblower, where the whistleblower shared a document related to the FBI’s investigation into Project Veritas that showed the agency had launched the probe back on October 29th, 2020.
According to Project Veritas, “The investigation was launched the same day Ashley Biden’s Attorney, Roberta Kaplan, said, ‘This is insane. We should send to SDNY,’ in response to a request for comment on the contents of Ashley Biden’s diary.”
The whistleblower went on to explain some of the details and codes found within the provided document, noting how the agency classified Project Veritas as a “news media” organization requiring a “SIM,” or Special Investigative Matter.
Among some of the listed codes on the leaked document was the mentioning of “CAST,” which the whistleblower explained stood for Cellular Analysis Survey Team, where the FBI apparently used cellular geolocation tracking tools to surveil Project Veritas journalists during the investigation.
But what really concerned this whistleblower was how the FBI categorized the investigation into Project Veritas as being a Threat Band I, which is typically allocated for “threat issues that are likely to cause the greatest damage to national interests or public safety in the coming year.” This was, again, all stemming from a diary belonging to Ashley Biden, Joe Biden’s daughter.
While speaking with O’Keefe, the whistleblower claimed that numerous agents within the FBI are worried that the agency is becoming a weapon utilized for partisan political purposes – but some agents are able to sleep at night by participating in “small injustices.”
“Tyranny happens incrementally, and it happens by a bunch of people agreeing to small injustices over and over simply to keep their paycheck and their pension…To maintain your paycheck and pension that gives you the Holocaust.”
