The premise of “2000 Mules” aims to take a deep dive into the 2020 election, where D’Souza connects with the election integrity group True the Vote whose team of researchers allege that geo-tracking evidence consisting of cellphone pings along with video evidence exposes a network of “mules” who delivered potentially fraudulent votes to mail-in drop boxes across various states during the 2020 election.
