While the mainstream media has decided not to cover the film “2000 Mules,” the movie has made a sizable impact when it comes to the 2020 election. For those who might not know, the film, which was created by True The Vote and filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza, used geo-tracking to show how drop boxes were visited numerous times by the same people. Although cell phone data has been used in criminal cases and investigations throughout the years, 2000 Mules was criticized as doing nothing more than spreading more conspiracy theories. But while news outlets blacklisted the film and the Biden administration remained silent about the election, not only are people sharing the movie, but recently D’Souza noted how people could get their local governments involved.

In the video, which is featured below, D’Souza admitted that when it came to elected officials, the topic of 2000 Mules was somewhat taboo. With the film only focusing on a handful of states, D’Souza said, “In fact, in Michigan, they actually came out and issued a statement to the effect of well, we’ve looked at some clips in the movie, and we don’t think that there’s anything here that deals with Michigan or that we find questionable in any way.”

Although elected officials might not want to discuss the idea of rigged elections, unless targeted towards former President Donald Trump and the 2016 election, the filmmaker advised, “if you want to know what you can do, yeah, see if your local sheriff can get involved. See if you can wake up the GOP from its, you know, at least if not full-scale slumber. At least its mid-afternoon nap in which the GOP just moved so slowly. I mean, imagine if I were Michael Moore and I made this film in 2016, showing how Trump and the Trumpsters stole the election. Imagine how Democrats would react. Imagine how our elected democratic officials would react.”

Giving some examples of how the Democratic Party would react to the evidence showing Trump trying to steal the election, D’Souza said, “People like Schumer would be having  an epileptic fit on the Senate. Pelosi would be like flinging aside her vodka bottle and raving and ranting on the House floor. So the Republican’s approach here is far too sluggish, far too lethargic. And we can all play a role using our influence and helping to wake this sleeping party up.”

Users online shared their thoughts, “The fact that you need Republicans in law enforcement in order to have this pursued means we don’t have a justice system; we have a gang war between competing mobs.”

Another one added, “Fire the entire FBI and DOJ and start over with new people top to bottom? That would be a good start. Short of that, don’t hold your breath.”
