alex jones said under oath that sandy hook was 100% real. he admitted he was wrong when he said it was a hoax. so now you’re suggesting that he present evidence proving it’s fake and then you can get the judgment wiped out? why, if he has evidence it’s fake (and i believe there is a lot of evidence that it is fake) do you suppose he did not present that evidence during the discovery phase of the trial? perhaps if he had he would not have lost by default for not engaging in the discovery process. it just makes no sense to me that he would not have presented evidence it’s fake if he has evidence that it’s fake. are you suggesting that he present this evidence as newly uncovered evidence? recently discovered evidence? so now he’s reversing course once again and is back to believing sandy hook is a hoax?
if it’s true, as some people believe, that the court did not allow alex jones to present any evidence, why would the court allow him to present evidence now? i don’t believe that the court did not allow alex to present evidence to make the case that sandy hook is a hoax. i think alex jones just didn’t even bother to try. i believe he did not engage in the discovery process and he allowed himself to lose by default. why, i don’t know.
alex jones should have fought this thing head on from the start. he could have deposed the plaintiffs and their witnesses. he could have demanded that the bodies of the supposed sandy hook victims be exhumed and their DNA tested. he could have deposed his own expert witnesses who support the hoax claim. there is a lot he could have done through the discovery process to prove that sandy hook is a hoax. but he did none of that. he rolled over. and we see the result.
