While the Democrats struggle to figure out who they are going to back in the upcoming 2024 Presidential election, the GOP is having the same problem, but for an entirely different reason. When it comes to the Democrats, it appears that Joe Biden has every intention of running again in 2024. The only problem is his approval rating continues to dip with each month. Their other person could be Vice President Kamala Harris, but again, she isn’t gaining much support either.

Now, on the other side of the aisle, Republicans have numerous ideal candidates if they were to run. They included former President Donald Trump, who the FBI recently raided, and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, who proved himself a capable leader during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Although focusing on Florida, Governor Ron DeSantis recently traveled to Arizona to help support two Republican nominees hoping to gain a seat in the Senate. One of those Republicans was former news reporter Kari Lake. Over the last year, Lake has made a name for herself among Republicans for criticizing the mainstream media and obliterating the narrative surrounding the Biden administration.

In the video above, Kari Lake addressed a massive crowd of supporters about Ron DeSantis and his determination to do what is right. Again, since 2019, Governor Ron DeSantis hasn’t remotely stopped helping the people of Florida, even when it came to fighting the Biden administration on COVID-19 regulations. Not to mention, while being Governor, his wife battled cancer. Still, through it all, his family continued to support him and his wife as they remained focused on serving the American people. 

On Sunday, Governor DeSantis announced his support for both Lake and Blake Master at an event held by Turning Point Action. Both candidates already have support from Donald Trump. Not only promoting the GOP, but the governor also harped on the recent raid on former President Donald Trump. Speaking for 45 minutes, he said, “These agencies have now been weaponized to be used against people that the government doesn’t like. And you look at the raid and Mar-a-Lago, and I’m trying to remember, maybe someone here can remind me about when they did a search warrant at Hillary’s house in Chappaqua when she had a rogue server, and she was laundering classified information.”

Seeing the raid as another attack on Donald Trump, DeSantis noted that the DOJ has pivoted from protecting America to being weaponized by the Biden administration. “They’re enforcing the law based on who they like and who they don’t like. That is not a republic. Maybe it’s a banana republic when that happens.”
