KATY, TX – A church based out of Katy, Texas, is reportedly offering children free chest binders from what the church calls their “Transparent Closet,” which the church bills as a “clothing boutique” centered around affirming purported “trans and exploring teens, youth and young adults.”
The First Christian Church, located at 22101 Morton Ranch Road in Katy, reportedly hosts this Transparent Closet where people of all ages (including children) can set up “private appointments” to browse through their “free clothing boutique,” where clothing and accessories are offered that are meant to affirm transgenderism in youths and adults.
“Transparent Closet: Is a FREE clothing boutique designed for trans and exploring teens, youth and young adults to have a safe place for clothing needs and beyond. When you come to the closet you will be welcomed into a space just for you. Here you will find all kinds of clothes, undergarments, shoes, hair accessories, style accessories, make-up, and more.”
As if providing a venue/means to enable or gear children towards crossdressing and embracing radical gender theory wasn’t problematic in and of itself, it turns out this church is also providing children with the controversial type of undergarment known as chest binders.
For those unaware of what chest binders are, they’re undergarments specifically marketed towards biological women who are attempting to present themselves as bearing more masculine/male physical characteristics.
These chest binders are meant to compress a woman’s breasts to an extent where they either look considerably less pronounced or are practically undetectable when worn under layered clothing.
Aside from these garments being utilized to affirm delusions or dysphoria around one’s physical anatomy, they additionally pose physical health risks such as “chest and back pain, rib bruising and fractures, shortness of breath, overheating, and skin damage.”
Independent journalist Tayler Hansen opted to go undercover to get a first-hand look at what takes place at First Christian Church on September 24th, noting that he’d first went to the church to check out their “family-friendly” drag bingo event, where he observed “countless children in attendance.”
Prior to admittedly getting removed by local authorities, Hansen obtained footage from this Transparent Closet where he’d learned about the church offering these chest binders by one of the staff members giving him a tour.
“We’re trying to get more binders and more things like that because we can’t get those used. We can’t get underwear used because it’s gross.”
This unidentified church employee went on to explain how they offer various outlet store shopping bags to make it appear as though a teenager had simply gone to some innocuous store so as to conceal their trip to the Transparent Closet from their parents.
“Anyone can go with the bags, and it’s like, ‘I went shopping, I went to Home Goods.’ And no one, you know – because we get a lot of teens of families not supporting – it’s like if you need.”
As seen in the above video, Hansen was escorted off the property after being found filming inside the Transparent Closet by one of the pastors.
