“Look at the big tobacco analogy,” suggested Ed Dowd.

“There were lots of individual lawsuits. And people tried to take down Big Tobacco, but they all got dismissed. States attorneys generals can get discovery — and this is how big tobacco was finally taken down,” explained Dowd.
“I think Ron DeSantis is brave, and I think we need to see other attorney generals across the nation follow suit and overwhelm them with discovery.”

Red Voice Media would like to make a point of clarification on why we do not refer to any shot related to COVID-19 as a "vaccine." According to the CDC, the definition of a vaccine necessitates that said vaccine have a lasting effect of at least one year in preventing the contraction of the virus or disease it's intended to fight. Because all of the COVID-19 shots thus far available have barely offered six months of protection, and even then not absolute, Red Voice Media has made the decision hereafter to no longer refer to the Pfizer, Moderna, or Johnson & Johnson substances as vaccinations.

Totally destroying “Big Pharma” is absolutely NOT the same as going after Big Tobacco, even though the legal chicanery necessary might be identical.
Big Tobacco had a limited variety of addiction causing products mostly originating in the Tobacco Plant.
Big Pharma has a plethora of “medicinal” products, some of which are life supporting, most of which are outrageously expensive, and only a relatively small proportion of which are highly dangerous.
Most new pharmaceuticals are the result of horrendously costly research – money which must be recovered by the few saleable products resulting from the wider science.
Anyone thinking of following in Ron DeSantis’ footsteps will be advised to watch and follow very carefully ( Ron is nobodies’ fool so he will undoubtedly proceed both forcefully and carefully)
Big Pharma does indeed need taking down a peg or three, but be careful what you wish for – they are not in the game for the pleasure or thrill of improving mankinds’ lifestyles – their motives are primarily profit, so if you carelessly remove their motivation it is almost garanteed to backfire on the public and not the political classes.
