Arizona Judge Affirms that Simone Gold is NOT a member of America’s Frontline Doctors board and that the Legitimate Board can Terminate her “Employment”

A Judge just ruled this morning that Simone Gold is not a member of the board of this organization and confirmed that Joey Gilbert, Pastor Jurgen, and Sheriff Mack are the legitimate Board of Directors. (Arizona) – After an evidentiary hearing last week, a Judge in Arizona has ruled against Simone Gold in her effort to convince the Court to declare that she is a member of the Board of Directors of America’s Frontline Doctors.
“The long nightmare for the donors, supporters, and employees of America’s Frontline Doctors is coming to an end. A Judge just ruled this morning that Simone Gold is not a member of the board of this organization and confirmed that Joey Gilbert, Pastor Jurgen, and Sheriff Mack are the legitimate Board of Directors. The Judge further stated that the legitimate board can terminate Gold’s ‘employment,’.” – said Kevin Jenkins, Chairman of America’s Frontline Doctors Oversight Committee.
The Oversight Committee will continue its ongoing audit of the organization and anticipates releasing recommendations in the weeks ahead.
“We have been confident from the beginning because we knew we had the truth and moral decency on our side,” continued Jenkins. “This ruling is a victory for everyone who is concerned about medical freedom, this ruling is a victory for every individual who cares about body sovereignty, and this ruling is a victory to every medical professional, parent, supporter, or activist who has stood in the trenches with this great organization.”
“I want to thank the Judge for recognizing the truth – Simone Gold is not on the Board of America’s Frontline Doctors, and that the legitimate Board of the organization is in charge,” said Joey Gilbert, Chairman of America’s Frontline Doctors Board of Directors.
“We can now turn the page and get back to being laser-focused on the mission of this great organization. We thank everyone who had the courage to stand with us, and we are excited about moving forward,” concluded Gilbert.
