No, Pfizer’s fakecine is classified EUA. The FDA has stated that, while Comirnaty and Pfizer/BioNTech may have the same formulation, they are legally different. While they can be used “interchangeably,” that does not lift the EUA designation for the Pfizer/BioNTech product.

I’m not a lawyer, but GOOD LUCK SUING if the Pfizer shot made you sick.
