He said there were steering commands. The ship appears to turn to starboard as if pointing at the bridge supporting piers. They should elaborate on those commands to steer. Also if he ordered the anchor dropped why wasn’t it- how could the ship keep going at 7-9 mph- pretty fast for that area at that time. I would think approaching a bridge you would slow down.

Can someone ask about those last commands regarding steering- the ship seemed to turn and aim for the bridge pilaster. Also is the anchor was to be dropped, why was the ship going so fast- almost 9 mph? Is that the normal speed passing below a bridge?
