In June 2021, I covered the reported defection of CCP officer Dong Jingwei to DIA/the U.S. Intelligence Community. The analysis was contained in this article stating that, “Like Yan [in reference to Dr. Li-Meng Yan, an internal whistleblower who had defected from China and the Wuhan Institute of Virology vis-a-vis Hong Kong and whom we covered in September 2020], Chinese Vice Minister of State Security Dong Jingwei, defected vis-a-vis Hong Kong and he brought with him a tranche of evidentiary documents relative to SARS-CoV-2 and the COVID-19 pandemic. In his position, Dong oversaw counterintelligence efforts in China. From Red State, “Dong is, or was, a longtime official in China’s Ministry of State Security (MSS), also known as the Guoanbu. His publicly available background indicates that he was responsible for the Ministry’s counterintelligence efforts in China, i.e., spy-catching, since being promoted to vice minister in April 2018. If the stories are true, Dong would be the highest-level defector in the history of the People’s Republic of China.”

Dong arrived in California in February 2021 contacting DIA officials upon landing and advising them of his intentions to defect and present his tranche of evidence.

From the June 2021 article,

Moving forward, consider that the same CCP defector Dong returned to China at some point between his U.S. defection and July 2023, when he was promoted to be, “director of the Office for Safeguarding National Security of the Central People’s Government in the city.”

Here’s the press release:

The Strait Times reported on Dong’s promotion: China names ex-intelligence official as new Hong Kong security chief.

HONG KONG – China named a former top official from its secret intelligence agency the new head of Beijing’s national security office in Hong Kong.

Mr Dong Jingwei, 59, was appointed as director of the Office for Safeguarding National Security of the Central People’s Government in the city, according to a statement on Tuesday from the government in Beijing.

Mr Dong was previously deputy minister of state security in Beijing, according to various government statements. He succeeds Mr Zheng Yanxiong, who shifted to the city’s Liaison Office in January.

The Office for Safeguarding National Security was established in 2020, just months after China imposed a national security law on Hong Kong in the wake of months-long anti-government protests.

The Straits Times continues,

Mr Dong was born in 1963 and was head of the security service in his home region, Hebei province, according to his resume on the China Law Society’s website.

He served as director of the political department in the Ministry of State Security from 2017 to 2018, local press including the South China Morning Post reported.

While it is unclear when Mr Dong was promoted to deputy minister of state security, he was cited in that position as early as May 2019.

Mr Lee welcomed Mr Dong’s appointment in a statement shortly after the announcement, saying Hong Kong “will continue to work and communicate closely” with the Office for Safeguarding National Security as it seeks to fully implement the 2020 law.

The Straits Times

Let’s be clear – if Dong were an authentic defector in 2021 as reported, upon his return to China, he would have been immediately imprisoned and subsequently executed by the CCP; not promoted to the director of the Office for Safeguarding National Security in Hong Kong.

This means Dong was a CCP operative and his U.S. defection a CCP operation to poison the well of U.S. intelligence on COVID-19 and to shape the internal U.S. COVID-19 narrative from the inside-out.

It also means that Dong’s entire tranche of evidence requires a second vetting; assuming a first vetting was done.

Consider the following timeline overlays launching from this as posited in my recent article: Why Everyone Should Question CDC ‘Low Vaccination Rates’ Health Advisory Issued At Beginning of ‘Peak Flu’.

Compare the 2019 and 2023 timelines as they are stacking-up:

2019: August/introduce contagion, December/announce outbreak, March 2020/declare pandemic and implement mitigations, November 2020/steal election.

2023: August/introduce contagion, December/announce outbreak [JN.1 split], March 2024/declare pandemic and implement mitigations [could be earlier or later]?, November 2024/steal election?

Political Moonshine

The 2023 timeline can be augmented by Dong’s 18 Jul 23 CCP promotion.

Now overlay China’s objective of shaping the U.S. COVID-19 narrative from the inside-out with Dong’s July 2023 CCP promotion and the the ODNI issuance of its COVID-19 origins report in June 2023; immediately before Dong was promoted.

I cover the declassified June 2023 ODNI report in this 19 Jul 23 article analyzing it to be a clear limited hangout exit strategy and further stating, that the ODNI report is a covering exit strategy to control unavoidable circumstances. Those circumstances include the devastating effects of the mRNA “vaccines” and entangle the Biden family via Metabiota via Labyrinth Global Health, Inc., via Black & Veatch via COVID-19 contracts with the US Department of Defense.

The 2023 timeline is augmented again to include the ODNI COVID-19 origins report.

By doing so, we understand that the architecture for the ODNI report derives from China and now the evidence indicates that CCP operative Dong Jingwei was deployed to build that architecture and poison the well of truthful COVID-19 intelligence.

The 2023-2024 timeline shapes-up to look like: Pre-2023/February 2021/CCP/Dong Jingwei defection operation to poison the well, June 2023/ODNI issues CV origins report aligned to CCP narrative, July 2023 Dong is internally promoted by CCP in HK, August 2023/introduce “election variant” contagion, December 2023/announce outbreak [JN.1 split], March 2024/declare pandemic and implement mitigations [could be earlier or later]?, November 2024/steal election?

Unless more evidence is brought to light, Dong Jingwei and his CCP defection bear all the hallmarks of a CCP operation to poison the well of U.S. intelligence on COVID-19 origins.

The co-conspirator in Dong’s operations is, of course, the U.S. Intelligence Community.

For his efforts, Dong was subsequently promoted to director of the Office for Safeguarding National Security in Hong Kong.

Now consider the degree to which Dong’s defection operation effectively contributes to facilitating Beijing’s overarching attack and undermining of the Biden Administration and the U.S. government more broadly; where it seeks to reduce it to shambles in the eyes of the American people and in ways to perhaps bring it all down while sparking the U.S. Civil War it wants.

The volume of dangerous and compromising intelligence that China maintains on the U.S. and a wide swath of its officials is certain to be enormous.

Consequently, this permits China to selectively calibrate the damaging intelligence it publicly produces in alignment with its current and expanding narrative.

It could be used to put up a wall between a divided American people that will be sufficient to kick-start the Civil War they’re engineering [CRT, BLM, Antifa, trans agenda, etc. are examples of cultural Marxism].

Existing analysis tells us that once America ignites, China will make its move on Taiwan.

From there, we enter the multiple-front WWIII against Russia/Ukraine and China/Taiwan/South China Sea that I’ve been covering and evidencing for years.

It goes without saying that every granular bit of this falls under the umbrella of China’s asymmetrical, irregular and undeclared war against the United States as the 06 May 20 analysis first established in the public domain.

Red Voice Media would like to make a point of clarification on why we do not refer to any shot related to COVID-19 as a "vaccine." According to the CDC, the definition of a vaccine necessitates that said vaccine have a lasting effect of at least one year in preventing the contraction of the virus or disease it's intended to fight. Because all of the COVID-19 shots thus far available have barely offered six months of protection, and even then not absolute, Red Voice Media has made the decision hereafter to no longer refer to the Pfizer, Moderna, or Johnson & Johnson substances as vaccinations.
