The study, costing $2.4 million, involved researchers in St. Petersburg, Russia, examining forward and backward stepping by feline subjects.

The report also exposed a disconcerting practice by the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), a component of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). CISA developed a series of graphic novels labeled the “Resilience Series” that examined a foreign intelligence operation. This operation aimed to spread disinformation concerning a senator in order to influence an election, raising concerns about government-sponsored propaganda.

Senator Paul’s Festivus report also reveals a disturbing misuse of funds by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). There is a $400 million political campaign war chest held by the IRS, earmarked for presidential campaign funding. Surprisingly, this sizable amount remains untouched by major political candidates.

Furthermore, the report highlights the controversial disbursement of over $200 million to famous music artists Post Malone, Lil Wayne, and Chris Brown. These funds were issued through a Small Business Administration (SBA) grant program designed to support entertainment businesses impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the report lacks clarity on how these funds were utilized.

Amidst the revelations, it is alarming to note that in Fiscal Year 2023, the Biden administration made $236 million in inaccurate government payments, representing a slight decrease from $247 billion in the previous year. Additionally, $38 million in COVID-19-related funds were mistakenly provided to deceased individuals.

Senator Paul’s Festivus report derives its name from the sitcom “Seinfeld” and takes inspiration from the fictional holiday celebrated on December 23. In Seinfeld’s fictional world, Festivus comprises unique traditions such as airing grievances and engaging in feats of strength.
