Two new developments inform exisiting analysis:

1-Barring further litigation or a decision from the U.S. Supreme Court to affirm the Colorado ruling, the Colorado Secretary of State’s office reversed its previous position and will now include Donald J. Trump on the 2024 ballot. Analysis suggests that this fight is likely not over but for the mean time, Trump is in in Colorado. SOURCE

2-Like sharks teeth, another state has moved forward to replace Colorado as the current operational ballot lawfare exemplar – Maine. In a stunning display of hypocrisy, Democrat Secretary of State Shenna Bellows preempted any forthcoming ruling from SCOTUS to remove Trump from Maine’s 2024 ballot. SOURCE
