Where the U.S. government is forbidden to do certain things, it bids-out those certain things to the private sector in a reciprocal relationship.

Also consider that Bookbinder, “repeatedly donated to former President Barack Obama’s re-election campaign during his tenure with the Senate, Federal Elections Commission (FEC) records show,” reports Zero Hedge.

Examine the broader timeline relative to how“The DHS appointed Bookbinder and 32 other new members to HSAC in March 2022 ahead of the council’s first meeting under Secretary Mayorkas. -Daily Caller,” according to Zero Hedge.

Overlay that timing with the timing of the opening proceedings [jury selection] in the first Capitol “insurrection” entrapment operation trial beginning on Monday, 28 Feb 22.

Three things dismiss timing like that: fools, suckers and slaves.

The IC/CIA operational attributions were made clear in the first article and the Bookbinder details perfectly plug-into them.
