You’ve seen Independence Day, right? The familiar scenes of an outgunned U.S. military fighting back against a far superior alien race? How does that scenario look if the Secretary of Defense is hiding-out somewhere and no one knows where he is; including the Commander in Chief or every subordinate beneath him?

Believe it or not, that’s exactly how we kicked-off 2024 and it makes me think that we won’t make to the 2024 [s]election before it all unravels on us.

Take with a grain of salt the reporting on 10-foot alien shadow beings invading a mall in Miami, FL and the massive police response said to be for a large group of teens brawling.

Take the news of an MIA SecDef literally.

Putting the cart in front of the horse, the analysis spells-out clearly and unequivocably that in accordance with Article II, Section IV of the U.S. Consitution, it’s time to impeach Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin: “The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”

The statutory authority for impeachment is found in Article II, Section IV and the term “civil Officers” as it applies to SecDef remembering that, “The position of Secretary of Defense is unique within the U.S. government; it is one of two civilian positions within the military chain of command, although unlike the President, the Secretary of Defense is not elected” [Congressional Research Service].

As Christmas 2023 unpacked and rolled into 2024, U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin bailed in secret and hid-out in ICU after having an elective procedure for gastric banding, as it was reported, which ended up actually being a procedure for prostate cancer.

I wonder how many COVID-19 mRNA injections and boosters Austin received according to his own DoD mandate?

You know, that whole “turbo cancer” thing….

“On the evening of January 1, Secretary of Defense Lloyd J. Austin III was admitted to Walter Reed National Military Medical Center,” failing to ever inform Biden, White House staff, Congress or Pentagon officials, according to reporting.

Subsequent reporting indicates that Austin’s prostate cancer procedure occurred on 22 Dec 23 and that he was readmitted on 01 Jan 24 when he entered ICU for complications related to the initial procedure.

In remarkable ways to leave one slack-jawed, National Security Council spokesman John Kirby advised that Biden was not made aware of Austin’s cancer diagnosis until 09 Jan 24; nearly three weeks after the initial procedure.

From DoD:

As SecDef and in accordance with the National Command Authority and the onuses of those within it, Austin bears a clear responsibility to maintain the adequate and appropriate flow of two-way communication and advisement up the chain to the Commander in Chief, President Joe Biden, and down the chain to subordinate staff as required.

This would include fitness for duty and for which there is an existing procedure to be followed in order to notify up-chain to the Commander in Chief and down-chain to staff and offices.

Especially important in such instances are considerations of continuity of government and internally, continuity in command, where effective communication triggers contingencies to guarantee the latter.

In the case of Austin being unfit for duty and incapable of executing those duties, he is statutorily required to communicate up and down the chain of command to communicate that, “the Deputy Secretary of Defense [Kathleen Hicks] shall act for, and exercise the powers of, the Secretary of Defense, including when the Secretary is unable to perform the functions and duties of his office.”

Austin never did this.

Hicks never knew and neither did Biden.

Hicks began assuming Lloyd’s statutory duties and responsibilities on 02 Jan 24; a day after Austin’s admittance to ICU.

The operational chain of command dictates that SecDef communications flow sequentially up the chain to POTUS and down the chain to something called the ‘combatant commands’.

These are the U.S. Combatant Commands:

Therefore, while Austin was secretly lingering in ICU unbeknownst to everyone who should have been duly notified up and down the chain, the SecDef had effectively removed himself as a critical interface in the National Command Authority causing severe exposure to potentially catastrophic dangers incurred by the command and communication structure for U.S. military and government.

The ensuing and appropriate levels of panic triggered an in-house review of the existing procedure as issued by DoD on 08 Jan 24 [the two-page document can be read in-full here].

The DoD notification says, “Recommendations for improving the existing processes for notification of the President of the United States, senior officials within the Department of Defense, and other relevant parties, as appropriate.”

Former Defense Department Chief of Staff Kash Patel validated the assessment in remarking that Austin’s actions caused him to the break existing processes identified as the U.S. National Command Authority.

On 10 Jan 24, Kirby took back to the podium stating that the White House was still unsure of Austin’s location.

Today, the MSM is already busy in the mode of covering-up “unavoidable circumstances” by deflecting Austin’s dereliction of duty to the stigma of prostate cancer and tales of his integral role in striking Houthi terrorists.

Summarily, Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin’s actions and dereliction of critical duties amount to impeachable offenses.

When do those proceedings begin?

Don’t worry, y’all; it’s just an alien attack while the SecDef is MIA and POTUS remains in another demented universe; pun intended [sarcasm applies.]

Who in the hell is running this outfit?

How in the hell does something of that magnitude occur to jeopardize global and national security to that extent; and especially so given that Biden has been marching us into an orchestrated multiple-front world war against Russia (Ukraine) and China (Taiwan/South China Sea) with a kickstart in the Middle East [Israel/Hamas] [no sarcasm there]?

What horrible timing to impeach a SecDef and drag the nation through that rigmarole but I’m not certain that we can afford to stay the course with him.

It’s time to impeach Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin.
