An FBI document form FD-1023 dated June 30, 2020 indicates that a “highly credible” confidential human source [CHS] had been working with the FBI as a regular, reliable asset and source of intelligence. Beginning in 2010 and for his services, the FBI paid Alexander Smirnov a total of approximately $200,000. At face value and resting on the fact set, it would appear that Smirnov was in good standing with DOJ, FBI and the Intelligence Community. That was right up until he became problematic to the Biden Administration when beginning in 2015, Smirnov, “had detailed multiple meetings and conversations” on several occasions. The other party was a top executive at one of the two epicenters of The Biden Crime Family’s corruption, criminality and treason: Burisma. The other epicenter is the CEFC China Energy Company. Energy is the currency of global corruption, criminality and money laundering: FOLLOW THE MONEY.

FBI form FD-1023 is “one of many forms the FBI uses to collect and catalog information for its law enforcement and national security work. This form is used by FBI agents to record unverified reporting from a confidential human source. Reporting by confidential human sources is one important form of highly sensitive law enforcement information upon which the FBI relies to develop leads, assess the credibility of potential evidence and sources, build investigations, and take action to enforce the criminal law or protect national security.”

The problematic aspects of the the leaked contents from the Smirnov form FD-1023 center on Hunter Biden and his appointment to the board at a Ukrainian natural gas firm, Burisma Holdings.

Moreover, the Smirnov FD-1023 includes the allegations of a Burisma executive paying President Joe Biden and Hunter each $5 million [$10 million to the family.]

The details of the arrest sourced from the New York Times include [emphasis added]:

“The story Mr. Smirnov told investigators was part of a series of explosive and unsubstantiated claims by Republicans that the Bidens engaged in potentially criminal activity — allegations central to the party’s efforts to impeach the president.”

Smirnov faces a two-count indictment for making false statements and obstructing the government’s long-running investigation into Hunter Biden. He faces a maximum penalty of 25 years in prison.

Smirnov was arrested in Las Vegas on Wednesday after disembarking from an international flight, and was expected to appear on Thursday before a federal judge.

According to the indictment, Smirnov lied when he said that Hunter Biden promised to protect Burisma “through his dad, from all kinds of problems,” and was only in contact with Burisma executives in 2017, after Biden left office.

Smirnov is accused of exaggerating his “routine and unextraordinary business contacts with Burisma” into “bribery allegations” against Joe Biden.

Which raises the question – if Smirnov told the FBI about the alleged bribery in confidence – and had no expectation of a ‘leaked’ FD-1023 becoming central to Republican investigations, what did he have to gain from lying [emphasis from author]?

And why charge him with lying now?

A second development bears down and it derives from Special Counsel Robert Hur whom DOJ assigned to The Penn Biden Center classified documents scandal.

Paul Sperry at Real Clear Investigations reports that, “While Special Counsel Robert K. Hur has raised the issue of mental deterioration in explaining why he declined to prosecute 81-year-old Joe Biden for illegal retention and sharing of classified documents, the president chose another rationale to declare himself not culpable: He shifted the blame to the staffers who boxed up his records as he left the vice president’s office in 2017.“

This is also important from the same: “The appointment of Hur as Special Counsel to investigate Biden gives the illusion of impartiality for Garland’s DOJ in advance of the Mar-a-Lago entrapment operation [or/and the Capitol “insurrection” entrapment operation] making a felon out of Trump and precluding him from running in 2024. That would thrust DeSantis forward as the clear favorite on the Republican ticket.”

Analysis from early February 2023 accurately positions Hur for today: “The reason for…the appointment of Special Counsel Robert Hur in the Joe Biden classified documents scandal…[was] to vacuum up critically damaging evidence to seal it away while managing and covering up the criminality of parties the establishment desires to protect; not including Trump and where Trump maintained incriminating evidence of his political enemies that they wished to steal back in self-preservation [see this: SPIES LIKE US: Analysis Confirmed, Obamagate Evidence Recovery Was Basis of IC Operations in Mar-a-Lago Raid].“

ANALYSIS

Unavoidable circumstances centering on public revelations of more detailed aspects of the Biden Crime Family’s corruption, criminality and treason in Ukraine caused a bit of a whiplash response from the Intelligence Community where the timing of those circumstances became problematic to the Biden Administration.

The train of thought goes in two directions: 1-this is another incremental step in Biden’s removal from the 2024 ballot to likely be replaced by Michelle Obama at the same time 2-this smacks of desperation from Merrick Garland’s DOJ in service to his boss, Joe Biden, indicating his eventual constructed soft landing.

To the latter point, the fact that Smirnov’s indictment pertains to “process crimes,” for “exaggerating” and “lying” is highly revealing recalling that “process crimes” are the bread and butter of IC/DOJ concealment and cover-up operations.

All of this is severely aggravated by existing fact sets indicating that Smirnov’s intelligence is accurate.

Otherwise, DOJ/FBI wouldn’t have paid him $200k over the course of 14 years of service as a CHS asset.

It is therefore clear and obvious that DOJ/IC is casting its net around Smirnov to control the fall-out of unavoidable circumstances while maneuvering to conceal and cover-up evidence of substantial criminality by the Biden Crime Family.

The IC has used Biden as a pawn with Obama backstage pulling his strings.

The IC therefore has two primary objectives: 1-continue removing Biden according to plan while 2-mitigating his actual criminality so that when they flush him before 2024, he has a soft landing for his retirement.

Direct evidence of this is found in the deflecting and mitigating statement issued by Special Counsel Robert Hur, where again, initial and immediate analysis from a year ago is confirmed by Hur’s shifting of Biden’s culpability to staffers.

Also consider the timeline relative to Barack Obama’s fifth and sixth terms courtesy of Michelle’s first and second: It pushes us out to the year 2033, which envelops Agenda 2030.

Agenda 2030 has been a contentious topic and the fact that it has been “fact checked” by the IC’s MSM “news” is in itself revealing: Fact check: U.N. Agenda 21/2030 ‘New World Order’ is not a real document [23 Jul 20, USA Today].

Although USA Today says the the document may not be “real” the agenda certainly is.
