New York Supreme Court Judge Arthur Engoron has ordered Trump to pay over $350 million in damages as a result of a fraud suit brought against him and his company by New York State Democratic District Attorney Letitia James. And that’s not all. The Trump Revocable Trust and Trump Organization have been hit with a staggering $60 million in liability, while Trump’s sons and Weisselberg are on the hook for $4.01 million each. But the punishment doesn’t end there. Trump, along with several entities, including the Trump Organization and the Trump Chicago Hotel, have been banned from applying for loans with institutions registered in New York for three years. To add insult to injury, the three Trump family members are also prohibited from serving as executives of any business or legal entity based in New York. Do you see the hidden agenda here? This outrageous ruling has consequences beyond Trump and his family. Former Bush White House press secretary Ari Fleischer warns that this ban may force Trump to relocate his entire business empire to Florida, just as he has done with his primary residence. And who can blame him? New York has become a cesspool of blue politics and punishing measures, with successful individuals and businesses already fleeing the state. The crime wave sweeping across New York only exacerbates the issue. It’s clear that the state’s justice system has become a liberal playground, with Democrats firmly gripping the highest levers of power for decades.
The statistics don’t lie. New York County, which includes Manhattan Island and Marble Hill and falls under Judge Engoron’s jurisdiction, has consistently voted 85 percent Democratic in presidential elections, starting with former President George W. Bush’s first race back in 2000. New York State hasn’t sided with a Republican candidate since Ronald Reagan and has only once supported a losing GOP candidate when Gov. Thomas Dewey lost to President Harry Truman in 1948. It’s no wonder that Engoron’s ruling feels like a politically motivated attack, an extension of the liberal activists’ successful bid to strip Trump’s name from buildings in New York City.
The battle against Trump’s legacy doesn’t stop there. There have been ongoing disputes over land that Trump had donated to New York State for parkland. State Sen. Brad Hoylman, a Democrat from Greenwich Village, spearheaded a seventh attempt to strip Trump’s name from the park. This relentless campaign against Trump’s name and achievements shows the lack of opposition faced by these politicians who believe they can wield power without consequence.
This ruling does not bode well for the future of justice in New York. It hints at a dangerous trend of selective prosecution, with State Democratic District Attorney Letitia James openly admitting her intention to be a “real pain” for Trump. It seems like the goal here is to destroy Trump through relentless legal battles on both the civil and criminal fronts.

Get out of New York, it’s a shit hole filled with diseased illegal immigrants. I used to go there alot in the 80s to see Broadway shows, now, I wouldn’t go there if it was free. Another city ruined by Democrats. It’s dirty – unsafe.
I’m from Connecticut and I used to brag about what a great city New York was. Now and only because I’m a huge Yankees fan, the one or two games that I attend are the only reason I set foot in the city. People urinating on the side walks is not a sight to behold. It’s just a filthy deplorable place. And you feel so unsafe. I would never bring a woman with me. Unless we go in a huge group and even then not worth it.
Not much of an MLB fan but I would have to say the Yankees are 2nd only after the Brewers and even Milwaukee is a Democratic party controlled cesspool.
Stage performances should travel to as many cities with live theater stages in the 1st place, within 25 miles of Green Bay, WI you at least 4 that I know of, 3 in Green Bay because the Resch Center has live performances, and 1 in Appleton, WI at the Fox Valley Performing Arts Center.
I use to think a trip to the top of the Empire State building observation deck, the torch of Lady Liberty, or a walk across the Brooklyn Bridge would be great as well but not anymore.

Photo I.D. and a paper ballot time off work to vote that way we dont have lines a mile long because a large percentage of us working “day shift” type of hours go before or after work. It is same as rush hour traffic. Go any time during the day no penalty from employer!

If that really is their objective they had better start understanding proper finances – Trump is “worth” far more than many entire countries in terms of actual wealth. His resources are more than sufficient to bancrupt the USA should he put his mind to it. They know full well that once he regains The White House their days are numbered – he has the advantage of always learning by everyones’ mistakes, and hopefully his choice of advisers will be better than last time !
