A recent DOJ press release states how, “On March 7, Attorney General Merrick B. Garland welcomed to the Justice Department Ukrainian Prosecutor General Andriy Kostin (PG Kostin) [UKR’s equivalent to US AG Garland], Ambassador Oksana Markarova of Ukraine to the United States, and Director Yurii Belousov of the Prosecutor General’s Department for Countering Crimes Committed in Conditions of Armed Conflict. On March 6 and 7, PG Kostin and Director Belousov also met with numerous Justice Department officials in Washington, D.C.” The evidence and analysis indicates how this is a problematic recurrence that stays the course in keeping Garland and DOJ engaged in international clean-up and cover-up operations in Ukraine, which is the KEYSTONE OF CORRUPTION and is the central node to widespread criminality and worse by US President Joe Biden. It seems Garland continues to tie up loose ends as the unavoidable circumstance of Donald Trump continues rumbling down the tracks to the most lopsided electoral victory in American history. That is, right up until the Intelligence Community steals 2024 like it did 2020.

The meetings were a follow-up to the meetings in September 2023 to discuss progress made and priorities moving forward including investigating and prosecuting war crimes of torture and sexual violence and providing support and resources to victims and witnesses of these horrific crimes. They discussed increased efforts to provide guidance, case-based mentoring, expertise, and capacity building to Ukrainian prosecutors and investigators on investigating war-related cyber-attacks to critical infrastructure and environmental crimes, as well as the theft and smuggling of cultural property and protecting cultural heritage.
It also was an opportunity to demonstrate the United States’ unwavering support and confidence in the Prosecutor General’s Office’s critical work and understand the current challenges they are facing and how the Department can help.

On the heels of the IC’s 2014 coup d’etat in Ukraine branded the “Euromaidan Revolution” that was led by Obama/Biden/Clinton/Kerry/Nuland, the US politburo marched to orders following Biden’s lead to manufacture a proxy war against Russia and begin appropriating obscene amounts of US monies to fund that war [and humanitarian aid, etc., where NGOs serve as the public:private interface and as influence and laundering mechanisms.] The IC co-opted Ukrainian oligarch Ihor Kolomoyskyi to install current Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. In July 2023, Zelensky marched to orders to escalate the proxy war with Russia to paint it with a NATO/nuclear brush. This is the critical component to Garland’s 07 Mar 24 meeting. Early July 2023 marked ongoing Intelligence Community operations for Garland and DOJ to engage in international clean-up/cover-up operations. The subjects of those operations require an entire addendum to lay-out and generally include the Bidens, Senate leadership, House leadership, a wide swath of US politicians from both parties and individuals and entities from the private sector.
