That tragically racist segment constitutes cultural Marxism inserted into the American culture by the Intelligence Community as a component in an ongoing asymmetrical, irregular and undeclared war that has China has waged against the US beginning no later than August 2019.

That toll was on full display in the State of the Union address just delivered by Biden in what has been described as the “darkest and most un-American speech given by a president.”

Overlay that with the hundreds of articles and thousands of pages of analysis evidencing Joe Biden as a Chinese proxy [CEFC China Energy Co.] to arrive at a fundamental position: Biden’s policies are China’s policies.

That applies to gun control policies.

The net effect is simple to understand: the political continuum of ‘Dynastic Bush’ that exists from George HW Bush through to Joe Biden save Donald Trump, represents a distinct movement away from America the Constitutional Republic to Amerika the Marxist communist hell hole.

Thanks to the public indoctrination [education] system there is a formidable segment of the American population that is functionally stupid and for years, I have referred to this cohort as ‘functional idiots’ best described as “too much education and not enough common sense.”

This dynamic explains why the plumbers, mechanics, HVAC technicians and other blue collar folks largely had COVID-19 dialed from the beginning so as to avoid injecting themselves with an experimental mRNA bioweapon and perhaps even refusing to wear a mask; while the most educated people propagated this nonsense and then enforced it with an iron fist [medical professionals and professionals in all three branches of government (and attorneys)].

Remember, the initial uptake of the mRNA injection was 80% of the overall US population so the fraud constructs designed around fear and chaos are extremely effective.

Rather than fight us directly, China is fighting us indirectly while using controlled politicians in conjunction with the Intelligence Community to propagate “Russian collusion” after having engaged in overthrow in Ukraine [2014-present] to facilitate further encroachment on Russia by NATO and the ongoing proxy war there.

That’s what asymmetrical, irregular and undeclared war by China looks like.

Better yet, China is getting us to fight ourselves and once that heavy lifting is done, China will step-in to pick-up the pieces and call them their own [see the United Nations and China as its primary funder.]

Perhaps the most critical component of China’s asymmetrical, irregular and undeclared war against the US is the propaganda campaign targeting the Second Amendment.

China must eliminate or drastically undercut the Second Amendment as the most formidable deterrent to foreign occupation of US soil [UN].

What follows is how China is doing just that by means of Biden vis-a-vis Obama as the Intelligence Community point man in the shadows behind Proxy Joe.

“GUN VIOLENCE” v. “GUN HOMICIDE”

Leaving the details for independent consumption and sourced below, there is a distinct difference between “gun violence” and “gun homicide.”

Surprisingly, reliable “gun violence” statistics can be difficult to consistently find whereas “gun homicide” statistics are easily located and sourced.

Moreover, “gun violence” is a semantic talking point created by a language definition that changes over time.

By design, “gun violence” is a generic talking point inserted by the Intelligence Community long ago.

“Gun violence” serves as the overarching reference [predicate] for the Biden Administration’s ongoing efforts to further restrict the Second Amendment in critical ways ultimately benefiting hostile foreign nations and in particular, China.

Understanding the definition of “gun violence” v. “gun homicide” is essential for the analysis.

For example, in addition to gun” homicide,” which is a homicide committed using a firearm, “gun violence” definitions also include “suicide” and “legal intervention;” also known as shootings by law enforcement resulting in death.

Often times and depending on the statistician, others components are added to further expand the definition of “gun violence.”

Therefore, the semantic wrangling over the definition of “gun violence” as a constructed narrative talking point creates a problematic statistical issue that is by design: the data being used in the narrative [“gun violence”] contains the subset of the only data that matters [“gun homicide”] and it causes the narrative talking point data to inaccurately inflate on the average of doubling it or more.

Here’s a perfect example from COVID-19 enterprise fraud co-conspirator John’s Hopkins [sourced below]:

What matters is 20,958.

What is being used in the narrative is 48,830 by the application of “gun violence.”

That’s a difference of 27,872 on the wrong side of that semantic wrangling and it accounts for more than double the value of the actual meaningful data.

This is fraud and more particularly, enterprise fraud because it is being committed by a criminal enterprise.

Not discerning that the method of suicide and in particular a firearm is irrelevant to any cogent and logical argument about a persons death by suicide; and where the only thing that matters is that a life was lost, is a clear matter of too much education and not enough common sense.

Understanding this type of subtle semantic wrangling is the beginning of understanding how the Intelligence Community has constructed Biden’s gun control agenda.

This concept of semantic horse trading becomes more problematic once the details of US v. Davis are understood and they are laid-out below.

Compared to Biden for years 2021-2023 [Y1-Y3] and excluding statistically anomalous pandemic year of 2020 [Y4], Trump’s Administration for the years of 2017-2019 [Y1-Y3]; , maintained historically low averages consistent with his predecessors going back to the late 1990s.

2-US v. Davis

In 2019, the US Supreme Court affirmed the lower court’s ruling in US v. Davis.

The resulting impact of that ruling is the creation of a backdoor that permits the Judiciary to assume the legislative powers of the Legislative branch in its ability to expand the definition of “gun violence.”

This is a basic concept.

By expanding the definition of “gun violence” to apply to a larger segment of crimes committed, the “gun violence” data expands with it.

Refer back to the semantic horse trading where the narrative talking point is already inflated by more than double and where US v. Davis permits the Judiciary to further inflate “gun violence” data by expanding its definition to apply to crimes where there is little to no basis for it.

Justice Neil Gorsuch informs the granular reporting at our source and so consider, “The potential constitutional problem“:

The section in question provides additional sentence times for, “any person who, during and in relation to any crime of violence or drug trafficking crime…for which the person may be prosecuted…uses or carries a firearm, or who, in furtherance of any such crime, possesses a firearm.” (18 U.S.C. 924(c)(1)(A)).

The statute (18 U.S.C. 924(c)(3)) applies to two types of crimes:

1. Those with force against another as an element of the crime (the elements clause), and

2. Those “that by its nature, involves a substantial risk that physical force against the person or property of another may be used in the course of committing the offense” (the residual clause)

The Davis case focuses on the latter clause and whether it is specific enough to pass Constitutional muster.

“May be used” in the context of “involves a substantial risk that physical force against the person or property of another may be used in the course of committing the offense” opens the door to definition expansion and with it, the expansion of the data being used to predicate action undercutting the Second Amendment under fraudulent pretenses.

3-COVID-19

The COVID-19 “pandemic” was a construct of enterprise fraud committed by a criminal enterprise featuring the Intelligence Community as the overarching entity.

COVID-19 is the IC’s operation executed in conspiracy with China and domestic hostiles compromised and owned by China and the Intelligence Community, like Joe Biden and much of the whole US politburo.

That construct was used to steal an election to install Biden and since, it’s been the basis for further circumvention of constitutional protections in ways with drastic and deadly consequences.

Everything the IC does is predicated by an absolutely fulsome understanding of brain science, psychology and otherwise what people call “psyops,” which is technically “perception management” operations.

In rudimentary form, the basic psychology I’m laying-out here can be understood in an earlier COVID matter where I projected the 2020 summer riots by 3 weeks:

The point is, the IC knew that violent crime would go up and gun homicides would go up with it relative to COVID mitigations and especially lock-downs; and for the same reasons the orchestrated riots of summer 2020 were so effective.

There’s a simple explanation: It’s their job to literally manufacture your reality for you and it manifests in scenarios exactly like these to influence if not determine public opinion; and they’ve perfected it after decades of practice.

Johns Hopkins provides our evidence: “A Spike in Gun Violence During the COVID-19 Pandemic – During the first two years of the COVID-19 pandemic [in 2020 & 2021], communities across the U.S. experienced a historic and unprecedented spike in gun deaths.”

The analysis shows how the Intelligence Community got exactly what it wanted and where it fit conveniently and perfectly into the existing operational plans to undercut the Second Amendment by the incoming President the IC just installed using the same fraud construct.

This is why I constantly issue reminders that these IC constructs always serve multiple objectives at the same time they serve in reciprocal relationships to other ongoing operations [if operations are strands, the IC braids them together like a rope to enhance operational effectiveness and reliability].

4-FEDERAL DATA PROBLEMS

2021 was the deadliest year on record for gun homicides and full attribution for it goes directly to Joe Biden – it was on his watch.

Moreover, the federal apparatus made a significant change in the way it collected relevant gun violence data.

This had a cascading effect to cause FBI/DOJ to exclude certain 2021 data and for CDC and others to footnote its 2021 data as falling short of its own reliability standards.

By all appearances, in an ellection year, the IC is running interference on Joe Biden’s problematic and inconvenient 2021 gun homicide data in service to its proxy’s electoral objectives, but also to obfuscate the operational aspects of it [hiding how it constructed the scenario its leveraging (more on that momentarily)].

5-TRUMP’S CONSISTENCY

Excluding the pandemic year of 2020 [Y4] and in alignment with historical norms on gun homicides, Trump performed consistently better than did Biden in Y1-Y3..

Trump’s low, high and average gun homicide numbers for 2017-2019 [Y1-Y3] were by a wide margin lower and better than Biden’s best year of 2023.

The Trace reports that for 2023, there were 18,874 “gun deaths,” again dragging semantic wrangling and definitions into the picture.

In a side-by-side comparison of the data for the first three years in office [Y1-Y3], Trump consistently outperforms Biden by a wide margin:

For 2017 [Y1], gun deaths under Trump were 15,764 and that is 33.6% better than Biden at 21,068 in 2021 [Y1].

For 2018 [Y2], gun deaths under Trump were 14,944 and that is 36.4% better than Biden at 20,391 in 2022 [Y2].

For 2019 [Y3], gun deaths under Trump were 15,538 and that is 21.5% better than Biden at 18,874 [2023/Y3].

The factual evidence indicates that compared to Trump’s gun policies, more gun control actions from Biden correlates with more gun deaths.

6-2021 WORST EVER

The data is clear that 2021 is the worst gun homicide year ever and that represents a significantly cumbersome impediment for the Intelligence Community in an election year.

That is until the constructive elements are understood.

With so much talk about operational construction, fabrication, manufacturing, etc. to insert establishment narratives that drive operational objectives, like eliminating the Second Amendment, 2021 as a “gun homicide” year is a perfect exemplar to understand the political science behind what the Intelligence Community is doing with Biden.

Underpinning Biden’s gun control momentum is politics 101 where the operational directives entail 1-deliberately driving the data to desired ends [up or down], 2-to justify acting on the the data, 3-to introduce policies, 4-that contain operation objectives, 5-to achieve those objectives.

9/11 gave us the Patriot Act, which had already been written and was sitting around waiting for “another Pearl Harbor;” and there’s nothing patriotic about it.

In other words, create the problem to create the solution to solve the problem, which also achieves the objective.

This is known as the Hegelian Dialectic: Agenda/gun control, Thesis/inflated gun crime, Anti-thesis/gun control measures and legislation, Synthesis/removal of guns]:

Joe Biden will claim his successful gun control measures justified by the culture of “gun violence” that the Intelligence Community manufactured for him and then use it to further undercut the Second Amendment until it’s gone.

Biden’s principal and beneficiary of these actions is China.

7-BIDEN ADMINISTRATION STEPS

The Biden Administration has picked-up where the Obama Administration left off and these represent the listed steps from our featured illustration.

The Biden White House cited gun violence again saying: “President Biden has made historic progress on actions to reduce gun violence. To implement his comprehensive strategy to reduce gun crime, the Biden Administration has taken more executive action to reduce gun violence than any other president’s at this point in their Administration.”

The header at the top of the document cites gun violence and reads: “New office will focus on implementing executive and legislative action, including historic Bipartisan Safer Communities Act signed by President Biden, to end the scourge of gun violence in America.”

The Biden White House again cited gun violence saying: “A growing list of communities all across the country that are forever changed due to gun violence—not only mass shootings, but also daily acts of gun violence that may not make national headlines.”

Clearly and in a deliberate sequence of designed policy actions, the Biden White House has taken steps to capitalize on a gun violence culture that it manufactured for itself; and then inflated it with dishonest data at best and fraudulent data at worst to drive a fraudulent narrative to undercut the Second Amendment.

8-BIDEN ADMINISTRATION FUTURE STEPS

In building on its gun control policy achievements, the Biden Administration has laid-out its future steps.

With VP Harris on-point for gun control and from the respective White House briefing above:

President Biden continues to call on Congress to take additional action, including by:

• Banning assault weapons and high-capacity magazines;
• Requiring safe storage of firearms;
• Requiring background checks for all gun sales;
• Eliminating gun manufacturers’ immunity from liability; and
• Enacting his Safer America Plan, which would put more police officers on our streets for accountable, community policing and invest in gun violence prevention and intervention.

The Biden White House

The White House deflects to Biden’s Safer America Plan hoping you won’t take the time to read about the $37 billion dollar boondoggle that includes funding the police after his party spent years de-funding the police to cause the crime they are citing in justification for more gun control: Hegelian Dialectic applies.]

In the $37 billion Safer America Plan, the Biden White House “Takes additional commonsense steps on guns to keep dangerous firearms out of dangerous hands.“

There’s nothing commonsense about any of it and the “dangerous hands” targeted for gun control by the IC are the overwhelming majority of the law-abiding and gun-owning segment of the population; and they also happen to be the same aforementioned white, rural, “domestic terrorist” Americans that the Biden Administration is actively attacking as political opposition: THE HUNT IS ON.

We are seeing incremental steps on a long march to the end of the Second Amendment that is nearing its end; not isolated policy achievements to solve a problem that the White House and Intelligence Community so happened to create for itself.

On the 2024 electoral timeline, it would be reasonable to expect an accelerating increase in “gun violence” and “mass shootings” to aggravate the status quo and give reason to pursuing the outlined gun control measures before the election arrives; if it arrives.

FINAL REMARKS

One last consideration for folks to consider is how gun control is becoming a “health crisis.”

Branding it a “health crisis” opens to gun control advocates the legal authorities found within public health law therefore extending those authorities to the manufactured crisis of “gun violence.”

Beginning in late 2019 and following the declaration of a “pandemic” on 13 Mar 20, the US government leveraged the legal authorities found within public health law to begin going down a road of abjectly unconstitutional measures as delegated and executed by state governors.

They called them “mitigations” and you know the rest of that story: hook, line, sinker and unrecoverable devastation.

Consider, “That’s because of a one-sentence amendment tucked into the 1996 Congressional budget bill: “None of the funds made available for injury prevention and control at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention may be used to advocate or promote gun control.””

THE ANALYSIS IS CLEAR: The Biden White House is pursuing an agenda of gun control designed to undercut and eventually eviscerate the Second Amendment.

That agenda was put in place by the Intelligence Community with two primary components and one is a fraudulent “pandemic” of its own design that caused an historically unprecedented increase in gun homicides that is being used to predicate that agenda.

The other is a legal backdoor created by US v. Davis permitting the Judiciary to breach Separation of Powers and unconstitutionally engage in legislative powers that expand the definition of “gun violence” to grossly inflate the basis for the predicate.

“Gun violence” is a semantic statistical reference created by the Intelligence Community to inflate the only statistic that matters by more than double: gun homicide.

The inflated and fraudulent narrative is undoing the US Constitution.

The deflection to making “gun violence” a “health crisis” is abject manipulation by the Intelligence Community to capture legal authorities found in public health law, which the IC intends to bend and leverage to accomplish operational objectives.

In the aggregate, we are bearing witness to the gears and mechanisms of Marxist communism and where overthrow historically begins with disarming the population being overthrown.
