On Friday, the US House of Representatives, which more greatly represents the Intelligence Community than it does any American, and which is led by IC functionary Mike Johnson, passed a modified FISA/FISC bill to preserve its most effective and illegal surveillance instrument. This coming week and before a 19 Apr 24 deadline, the bill moves to the US Senate for a vote where if passed, would then go to Joe Biden’s desk to be signed into law. Given that Biden is the primary beneficiary of the Intelligence Community’s overarching FISA/FISC abuses, Biden’s signature is guaranteed. A confirmation vote from the Senate is also guaranteed even if it’s eventually and not immediately.

The Senate guarantee rests on old analysis from August 2020 entitled ‘Treason in the U.S. Senate?‘.

In that piece, I lay-out the arduously evidenced position that within the U.S. Senate, the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, which is the counterpart to the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence [think Adam Schiff as Chariman and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi as an ex officio member], is the interface for the Intelligence Committee to steer Senate [and House] legislative business and to ensure alignment with IC priorities and principals.

As an example of this on the House side, House Speaker Pelosi was an ex officio member of HPSCI and she unpacked the fraudulent COVID-19 “pandemic” on the exact same schedule as Trump’s first impeachment as a deflection point construct – Look here! Fake pandemic! Don’t look here. Fake impeachment. [As far as I know, no one else has made or evidenced that position and it is critically important for full comprehension.]

After rushing to impeach before Christmas 2019 and then for months refusing to transmit the Articles of Impeachment to the trial venue – the U.S. Senate – Pelosi transitioned the impeachment from an ongoing federal investigation of significant importance before she then moved it away from the customary Judiciary Committee oversight [Jerry Nadler, Chairman] to Schiff’s HPSCI.

That’s how the IC executed and controlled the first of two fraudulent impeachments.

Let’s pause to acknowledge a critical component relative to remarks made by Mike Benz in a recent interview, which is the basis for our analysis and confirmations below.

CONTEXTUAL BACKDROP

Two pieces of recent analysis provide further contextual backdrop to this analysis and they recapitulate a substantial amount of existing analysis that is years-old:

A third article introduces Mike Benz and in it, an earlier interview was examined in similar fashion to confirm analysis where Benz reviewed it to identify areas and degrees of separation, difference in perspective or disagreement: THE UNTOUCHABLES: Bidens, Burisma and the Intelligence Community.

From that article, Benz’s credentials qualify his expertise: “Benz was “a former State Department official with responsibilities in formulating and negotiating US foreign policy on international communications and information technology matters.””

SIDEBAR ON MIKE BENZ

There is an important sidebar on Mike Benz at the bottom for anyone caring to go deeper.

The critical component is the predicate for FISA/FISC abuses by the Intelligence Community, its DOJ functionary and the DOJ’s relative agencies and departments.

In analysis drawing back to even before 2020, we examined the operational lawfare targeting then candidate and later President Donald J. Trump and those under his presidential umbrella as a counterintelligence investigation that was laundered into a criminal investigation, which manifested as the Mueller Special Counsel appointment, which was predicated on “Russiagate” aka “Obamagate” [interchangeable], which was signed-off on by then CIA Director John Brennan in July 2015 [ergo right back to the Intelligence Community resting atop the operational hierarchy].

It eventually led to the 05 Jan 17 holdover “by the book” meeting in Obama’s Oval Office featuring the self-memorialized by Susan Rice.

In May 2020, which is the first time I formally outlined the premise that the US was amidst an asymmetrical, irregular and undeclared war with China, I put it like this: “It’s also important to note here that the threshold for opening a counterintelligence investigation is lower than the one for a criminal case. By opening the former, it represents a deliberate circumvention of Constitutional protections. This is especially so given that the President’s investigation was actually inherited by Mueller (remembering that Mueller didn’t choose his team, rather the Lawfare Group team chose him) and then converted into a criminal one during that process. Again, it’s a deliberate circumvention of Constitutional protections and it was by design. Everything they do is ROOTED IN FRAUD!”

In fact, the analysis at the time on Russiagate/Obamagate was so accurate that the shift Benz cites in item 16 below is fully examined in ways that permitted the accurate projection of the summer 2020 riots by three weeks:

Here are 18 important remarks by Mike Benz in his recent interview with Natalie Winters that from the Moonshine perspective and noting the differences in the sidebar below, confirm the existing analysis to keep it on straight rails.

Each Benz remark is quoted or summarized then expanded on [Remark: Analysis].

1. FISA/FISC is a “blank check” for the FBI to illegally surveil Americans under the guise of “counterintelligence” and with impunity: With the constitutional circumvention noted, these remarks confirm the overarching FISA/FISC analysis in ways that intersect with the major premises laid-out in The Hunt Is On series..
2. Identifies the Globalist faction of the GOP standing counter to the populist faction: Here, Benz drills down more deeply on what I refer to as the Uniparty; where both Democrats and Republicans serve the operations of the IC but where smaller factions exist antithetically whether they be under control or influenced to some degree or not.
3. Identifies the Globalist/internationalist side “the Blob” of the GOP that is comprised of large international corporations, energy [the currency of international corruption and criminality – read Follow the Money], Military Industrial Complex, “empire managerial class,” etc.: Benz generally cites the same entities as noted in the sidebar below. I reference them differently and address them more often individually whereas Benz identifies it as the Blob.
4. FISA/FISC does not apply to the Blob: Benz delineates what is generally the premise for The Hunt Is On, which is an entire series evidencing how the IC is targeting Biden’s political opposition, which includes those antithetical to the Blob.
5. MAGA, right-wing, Conservative Republicans are the target of FISA: Here Benz specifically cites the precise targeting within the premise of The Hunt Is On series.
6. FISA/FISC is the circumvention for Fourth Amendment protections using the “counterintelligence” predicate: Here Benz specifically confirms the analysis at the time through to the present on the constitutional circumvention of Fourth Amendment protections using a counterintelligence investigation laundered into a criminal investigation to target Trump et al; and where that exact practice is ongoing.
7. Identifies the Blob’s encroachment on Russian national sovereignty as the tactical objective of seizing Eurasia from Russia: Benz characterizes the Blob as the geopolitical/diplomatic/State component that is threaded throughout the aggregate analysis and where NATO’s encroachment on Russia’s national sovereignty has been a pillar position with NATO at the tip of that spear. I overlay that with the energy markets for the reasons noted.
8. FISA/FISC is leveraged to attack those antithetical to funding Ukraine and the Russian proxy war: Benz provides an example of how the departure from on-reservation narrative to an off-reservation posture results in targeting.
9. Identifies House Speaker Mike Johnson as the principal figure behind FISA/FISC: Here Benz indirectly confirms from the Moonshine perspective in what I positioned relative to both McCarthy and Johnson – they’re both Intelligence Community assets with gatekeeper and guardrail functions. I expanded on this in the 2nd article in Contextual Backdrop above where Johnson is delivering what he was tasked to deliver.
10. FISA/FISC is the catch-all tactic to intercede on and influence/determine an election currently being lost [by landslide numbers]: The analysis puts precluding Donald Trump from the ballot and/or interceding on the 2024 election if he’s on it as a tactical priority; and Benz confirms this to expand on and encompass FISA/FISC considerations as a primary mechanism in replication of what occurred in 2015 into 2016, when Russiagate/Obamagate was authorized and FISA/FISC abuses against DJT et al began and eventually led to a stolen 2020.
11. An “American secret police” is rigging the 2024 election through FISA/FISC: The Hunt Is On series holds that federal agencies such as FBI, Secret Service, ATF, etc. are covertly acting on orders from DOJ as received from the IC and in ways that are clearly outside of firm constitutional boundaries. This is done to target Biden’s political opposition and in ways that overlay elections [“counterintelligence” as a function of “counterinsurgency” as a mechanism of overthrow as applied to the US].
12. “Border security” and “election integrity” will be used to hoodwink Republicans in 2024: This remark was made by Winters and discussed with Benz in ways that I position relative to the massive IC propaganda machine and the mind trap it has placed on a huge segment of the population. The terms present as the vernacular used to hoodwink Conservatives in propaganda.
13. “Russiagate will never die” and FISA/FISC is the “ultimate weapon” to target anyone antithetical to it: Here, Benz remarks on the reality of trusted mechanisms remaining in favor as the weapons of tyranny and where I even argue that FISA/FISC works both ways and likely serves as a cover and concealment mechanism, too.
14. Energy corporations, military contractors and Chamber of Commerce corporations are driving the quasi-military plan to overtake Eurasia for their own benefit and FISA/FISC targets their opponents: Again, Benz is generally describing the entities and objectives positioned in the aggregate analysis. Also again, energy is the interface to get a foothold in foreign territories, it occurs through private equity deals, and it is the currency of international corruption and crime [Follow the Money]. The military and specifically NATO is the enforcement and security arm.
15. The internet censorship apparatus in the US was created through “Russiagate”: This is why the allegations of the alleged hack of DNC servers by Russia, when it was clear that it was the IC, which has the capacity to leave behind digital fingerprints so the attack can be attributed to Russia [or others], was so critical. It was the predicate for about everything to-date and this foreign policy shift that I identified and examined on 19 Dec 20 falls right into line with the manufactured World War III that is due to arrive on 05 Nov 24 +/- 3 months: CRITICAL: The Pending Pivot Back to Russia. 16. In 2019 the “Russiagate” predicate died-down and the narrative switched to a “Democracy” predicate: This is yet another critical point Benz makes relative to The Hunt Is On series that I wrote about in several parts back in 2022; beginning with these two, which link to the others: There’s A Tale Being Woven for Telling Once They’ve Rewritten History From the Ashes. 17. It’s the same “democracy” predicate used to overthrow foreign countries: Here Benz makes direct reference to the extrapolation above from “counterintelligence” to “counterinsurgency,” which is the IC mechanism for regime change in foreign nations, just as he notes. Both articles are linked above and they lay-out what the analysis establishes as the blueprint or architecture for overthrow as overlaid onto the US. We saw it come to fruition in the stolen 2020 election.
18. FISA/FISC has been weaponized to clear a path for an establishment nominee for once Trump is removed: Benz again directly cites a major premise in the aggregate analysis drawing back by several years and the IC/DOJ operational lawfare designed to preclude Trump from the 2024 ballot. It’s impossible to restate everything in every article without rewriting the same book for every piece; and so I think there is more agreement found in Benz’s positions relative to Moonshine positions than would be apparent to someone reading that article as a first introduction. I asked Benz to coach me up where differences were found and he said he would if time permitted. He’s a busy man so I took his remarks and from my perspective, attempted to show where on the analysis we may be closer together than farther apart.

When I say that the Intelligence Community is “atop the hierarchy”, by that I mean operationally in the sense that it over-arches the geopolitical landscape domestically and abroad; functioning like a central node to entities above, behind and below it. “Atop the hierarchy” is misleading as I used it – poor choice of words without needed clarification. In service to the IC are captured aspects of the branches of government [Executive, Legislative and Judicial] and their requisite agencies and departments. In the backdrop are other entangled influences above, behind and below the IC: Globalists, the Military Industrial Complex, the public:private interface, corporate architecture and private equity, NGOs, foreign diplomacy, Western Empire hegemony and objectives, private money and oligarchy, hostile foreign nations like China, Iran, North Korea, et al and more. At the tip of the spear is NATO.

Benz remarks on several of these things in his most recent interview in ways to bring Moonshine positions closer in alignment to his; and I point those instances out with links to the analysis.

I’m getting to better know Mike Benz and his work and although he may not see the degree of similarity in the Moonshine analysis for the reasons stated, I see it the more I see and hear him speak where I sit and nod in agreement throughout.
