A Missouri man could face criminal charges for a possible break-in incident after making threats against a family. The incident, which occurred in St. Louis, is believed to have resulted in a self-defense shooting, according to authorities.
On a Friday afternoon, police responded to a shooting incident in the 900 block of Park Avenue. Upon their arrival, they found that a man had been shot in his left hand. He was taken to a medical facility, where he received treatment.

Preliminary investigations indicate that a 32-year-old man invaded the complainant’s living space by breaking through a wall. The man was unclothed and reportedly threatened to harm the family members.

A spokesperson for the St. Louis Police Department has said that the authorities are continuing to investigate the matter. No immediate charges have been filed against the complainant.

The only downside is that the victim didn’t terminate him. Now he will come back for revenge.
This should have said the perpetrator was shot in the head. If you pull a gun on someone, you shoot to kill, not to maim.

In doing so you have less possibility of missing your target and wounding an innocent bystander. Unfortunately, in today’s sue happy society, many times you’ll hear of burglars, robbers, home invaders, and other human miscreants suing homeowners for shooting them to stop them from raping, robbing, maiming or killing their victims.
