Furthermore, a fourth victim, a 43-year-old man, sought medical aid independently and arrived at Jamaica Hospital in a stable condition with injuries to both his arms and legs.

At present, no arrests have been made, and the investigation into the incident is ongoing, as confirmed by the New York Police Department.
