To open and frame our lens, we assume a longtime existing position in Moonshine analysis: the broader Intelligence Community [IC] is the primary architect of the U.S. geopolitical landscape, where it owns, controls or influences every meaningful interface in the whole of U.S. government from the Executive on down to county and even local levels in many instances. The Office of the Director of National Intelligence [ODNI] sits atop the hierarchy in a critical leadership capacity within the IC architecture. Therein, the National Intelligence Council [NIC] serves as a cohort of intelligence leadership of three-letter agencies in a capacity to determine a consensus narrative for widespread propagation.

As a result of the IC’s metastasizing down to lower levels of government, it has made a battle axe out of Federalism.

Blueprints and Operations

In accordance with Federalism, the IC’s blueprint for the infiltration and subversion of America was drawn-up and then perfected by the U.S. itself in decades of military operations in the Middle East: The U.S. Counterinsurgency Guide 2009-2017 [ONE TWO].

Subsequently, Barack Obama mapped that blueprint over the U.S. to start “fundamentally transforming” the nation beginning in January 2009.

These counterinsurgency tactics involve perception management operations better known as “psyops.”

Things like “Russian collusion,” two fraudulent impeachments, a stolen 2020 election, a fraudulent “pandemic,” a Capitol “insurrection” entrapment event, the Mar-a-Lago raid, the Biden classified documents matter, any forthcoming Biden impeachment and many others are the IC’s perception management operations.

Intelligence-oriented entities and agencies like the Central Intelligence Agency [CIA], National Security Agency [NSA], the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence [HPSCI], the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence [SSCI] and others are important utilitarian cogs in the Intelligence Community’s architecture and machinery.

Architecture and Machinery

The NIC is an important part of that architecture and machinery.

It’s important to briefly pause to draw attention to overlapping analysis specific to the COVID-19 “pandemic” of enterprise fraud and the operational role of ODNI to formulate a COVID exit strategy by calibrating and aligning U.S. internal COVID-19 intelligence and information with the same from Beijing.

Another way to say that is China effectively shaped internal U.S. COVID-19 intelligence and information using an infiltrating CCP agent under the guise of defection to poison the well.

Returning to the NIC, it is comprised of ODNI, CIA, Federal Bureau of Investigations [FBI], NSA and Department of Homeland Security [DHS]; and altogether, this group forms an Intelligence Community consensus that is the basis for propagandized narratives.

ODNI leverages NIC as a consensus body to galvanize constructed Intelligence Community narratives in order to guarantee consistent topical messaging that is delivered by systematic public propagandizing on all channels including a co-conspiring mainstream media.

In other words, the IC is like an highly polished force of greasy used car salesmen where ODNI/NIC brews the Kool-Aid used to gaslight and keep Americans unwittingly drunk on a state-sponsored story of lies, deceit and enterprise fraud.

Another recent and evidenced example of this is found throughout the 2020 election fraud analysis when the IC said that Hunter Biden’s laptop was Russian disinformation and then had 51 intelligence officials sign a letter discrediting it.

NIC, “carries out its mission under the direction of the Deputy Director for Mission Integration, who delivers a more integrated Intelligence Community (IC), and the NIC Chair, who leads a cadre of National Intelligence Officers (NIOs) that serve as the substantive experts on regional and functional issues within the IC.”

Translating the organizational architecture, the NIC is an aggregated IC middle-man or bridge between the Intelligence Community and the Executive and Legislative branches as “policy communities,” where the former can issue policy via Executive Order and the latter via regular legislative sessions.

Bridges and Destinations

We regularly discuss bridges at Moonshine; especially the public-private interface relative to private equity, to which a compromised U.S. federal apparatus outsources its unconstitutional bidding.

Through its cadre of NIOs, the NIC bridge includes a direct ramp to the public-private interface and private equity, where energy is the preferred currency for international corruption, criminality and treason: Follow the Money.

Through energy, the public-private interface and private equity, the matters of Ukraine/Burisma/FTX and China/CEFC China Energy Company became the two epicenters of Proxy Joe Biden’s corruption, criminality and treason.

The IC works hard to keep bridges to those destinations off the map, inaccessible and out of service.

Or, if one does manage to hop onto one of those bridges, the destination will be a constructed one of ulterior ends where travelers will find the manufactured scenario believable and plausible as they experience the back end of perception management operations.

Another bridge has its own series of analysis [The Hunt Is On] and its Marxist architects are featured in an hierarchical power structure where Biden is third man down, Obama functions backstage in second and Beijing is first by its Executive proxy Biden.

That hierarchy has established the DOJ/FBI as its mechanism to hunt, persecute, prosecute and eliminate its political opposition and enemies identified as MAGA, Conservatives, Christians and Trump voters et al.

The IC bridge to target Trump’s base is Trump himself knowing that the IC is already nearing the other side where Marxist communism lives.

According to ODNI/NIC, “the NIC has served as a unique bridge between the intelligence and policy communities. Today the NIC supports the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) in her role as head of the IC and is the Community’s center for strategic, rigorous, and objective estimative all-source analysis. On behalf of the Council, the NIOs: 1-promote exemplary use of analytic tradecraft, including through analysis of alternatives and other advanced analytic techniques and tools, 2-coordinate the assessments of the entire IC, including through National Intelligence Estimates, 3-represent the IC at interagency policy meetings hosted by the National Security Council and prepare IC principals for national security discussions, 4-engage with non-government experts in academia, the private sector, and civil society to gain knowledge and insight to sharpen the level of debate about critical issues.”

The NIC Report

On 23 Dec 22, NIC issued its declassified ICA 2022-27259-A [U] Foreign Threats to the 2022 US Elections.

The moderately redacted 21-page report reads exactly how one would expect an Intelligence Community Assessment to read when the facts of the matter include a compromised Intelligence Community that specializes in delivering stolen elections for hostile foreign nations and their Proxy U.S. President Joe Biden; especially China.

A small catalog of election coverage articles was written before, during and after the 2022 midterms and it featured accurate projections for the eventual stolen outcome.

The projections included drawing parallels to 2020 relative to concerns made public by the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency [CISA] over electoral intrusions by Russia, China and Iran.

CISA is an agency of NIC member DHS making CISA another IC functionary and therefore, CISA’s revelations on Russia, China and Iran were applied as pretext.

Operational pretext is always confirmed on the back-end when the MSM gaslights Americans to explain away corruption, criminality and treason, like stolen elections during 2018, 2020 and 2022 and a very real “fake” laptop, of which I possessed a copy this whole time; also being wise enough to never once access it instead relying on reporting from others who had, like Garrett Ziegler and Marco Polo.

Applying what we know to the NIC-issued ICA 2022-27259-A [U] Foreign Threats to the 2022 US Elections, we expect to see the ICA in alignment with the established narrative and the ODNI COVID-19 origins report; and unsurprisingly, that’s exactly the case.

The NIC/ICA Key Judgments were:

  • Key Judgement 1: “The IC assesses that China tacitly approved efforts to try to influence a handful of midterm races involving member of both US political parties.” ANALYSISThe IC has downplayed what is likely considerably deeper involvement in the election beyond what is already evidenced and where the IC steered the narrative to influence operations on individuals determined by pro-/anti- China evaluations reflecting on then Secretary of State Mike Pompeo’s 2020 warning; and further citing cultural Marxism tactics like sown societal division. “Tacitly approved,” “efforts,” “to try,” “to influence,” “a handful” mitigate China’s culpability. The IC said it “did not observe” China interfering in the election which begs the question how hard or close did it look? China is the primary hostile foreign nation, which has been engaged in an asymmetrical, irregular and undeclared war against the U.S. since no later than August 2019 and yet the IC is almost entirely dismissive of the broader fact set. China was one of three nations identified in the IC pretext statement by CISA.
  • Key Judgement 2: “The IC assesses that Iran’s influence activities reflected its intent to exploit perceived social divisions and undermine confidence in US democratic institutions during this elections cycle.” ANALYSISThe IC handles Iran much like it did China in downplaying likely deeper involvement; including using similar language like “intent,” “to exploit” further citing social division and institutional undermining objectives in saying that only moderate confidence is found in the intelligence. Direct and indirect funding of Iran in the billions has been provided by both Obama and Biden. Iran was one of three nations identified in the IC pretext statement by CISA.
  • Key Judgement 3: “The IC assesses that the Russian Government and its proxies sought to denigrate the Democratic Party before the midterm elections and undermine confidence in the election, most likely to undermine support US support for Ukraine.” ANALYSIS: The role of Russia is exaggerated by the IC and the tone and word choice reflect this, recalling analysis from December 2020 projecting that Biden would Pivot away from China to refocus on Russia following his inauguration. Biden did exactly that before marching right into a proxy war against Russia in Ukraine, as the analysis accurately projected. The IC alludes to the fraudulently constructed “Russian collusion” narrative to tout it’s “most explicit reporting to-date.” It identifies the “Kremlin and its intelligence services” as seeking to “denigrate” [attack] US elections. Further allusion is made to Trump and “Russian collusion” by citing Russia’s “US-focused influence operations.” These are all constructive elements of the IC’s “Russian collusion” perception management operations. Russia was one of three nations identified in the IC pretext statement by CISA.
  • Key Judgement 4: ‘‘The IC assesses that a range of additional foreign actors took some steps to try to undermine US politicians seeking reelection.” ANALYSIS: This provides the IC flexibility to form and adapt its narrative on the fly at the same time it throws a jurisdictional blanket over the all hostile foreign nations with known involvement in US election interference and whether they be included or omitted from the ICA. Also recall the analysis on roles that other hostile and supposed allied nations played not just in 2022, but also in 2018 and 2020.

Omission and Projection

Importantly, the ICA does not assess or report on the “impact influence and interference activities may have had on the outcome of the elections in 2022,” where the IC made an omission or evaded its duty to report.

Analysis going back to just after the 2022 election explains the ICA omission and while it also provides the basis of a plausible projection [The Senate Has Been Stolen Again and Why It Really Matters].

The IC’s omission centers on any forthcoming impeachment of Biden by the IC where, The United States Constitution provides that the House of Representatives “shall have the sole Power of Impeachment” (Article I, section 2) and “the Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments.”

This is why the Senate was the only thing that really mattered in 2022 and where Biden’s unprecedented corruption, crime and treason was two things: 1-The set of “unavoidable circumstances” that would require a subsequent and currently ongoing set of operations to remove Biden for 2024 and 2-impeachment would become mechanism for removal heading into 2024.

The other overlaying factor worthy of mentioning is an old one and it’s the application of Cloward-Piven strategy as the blueprint for the controlled internal demolition of the U.S.; and where it is all explained away by Biden’s frailty, senility and dementia; all factors for impeachment or removal by means of the 25th Amendment.

Piecing it together, the IC’s primary tactical objective in determining electoral outcomes during the 2022 midterms was to secure the U.S. Senate because it is the trial venue for Joe Biden’s impeachment.

Existing analysis going back over a year has detailed the IC’s incremental and ongoing removal of both Trump and Biden from the 2024 ballot and the Biden vector is an obvious build-up to impeachment calibrated to the 2024 election.

“Losing” the House to Republicans is a facade behind which the true IC tactical objective lies.

The IC requires an impeachment or at least its proceedings in order to remove Biden in the full public spectrum.

Therefore, by allowing Republicans to “win” in order to install an IC gatekeeper and guardrail in House Speaker Kevin McCarthy and then Mike Johnson, serves the IC objective by giving it what it needs.

The return is a Republican-controlled House being used as a mechanism to appease rabid “now it’s your turn” Trump voters to remove Biden for the IC as it has long planned to do.

By capturing the Senate as the trial venue for impeachment and aligning it with the party of the Executive, there is full control of Biden’s forthcoming impeachment proceedings and once again, if in fact Biden is impeached, the IC can retrospectively point back and applaud itself for its transparency, fidelity and impartiality as a Democratic-controlled Senate voted to remove a Democratic President.

By that time, the Democrats will be glad to flush him and claim the same transparency, fidelity and impartiality in their campaigns as the IC prepares to steal 2024 like they did 2018, 2020 and 2022.

Final Remarks

The timing of the NIC’s ICA 2022-27259-A [U] Foreign Threats to the 2022 US Elections makes it two things: 1-the IC’s operational mechanism to cover the tracks of previous stolen elections and 2-the pretext for the next stolen election set to arrive in November 2024.

The IC is operating from a template when it comes to stealing elections with fractional voting algorithms and fraudulent paper ballots where it patently slows or shuts down vote tabulation on election day to later restart it where the previous losing candidate has miraculously taken the lead for a predetermined win.

Foreign nations like China and Iran have been center stage in our elections but the IC assigns its attributions to the IC’s favorite and longest-standing boogeyman, Russia.

That is IC established narrative; not factual history.

The NIC’s ICA 2022-27259-A [U] Foreign Threats to the 2022 US Elections does this for them.

From there, we vote in a to-be stolen 2024 election because the American people have done nothing to intercede on the IC’s ability to install U.S. politicians across the board; especially ones that work for China.
