Yesterday evening the world was preoccupied with news that mostly wasn’t news after a tranche of documents were released relative to cases against Jeffrey Epstein. Curious minds immediately and unsurprisingly flocked to the Court Listener website causing it to crash. The analysis at Moonshine began elsewhere at the Federal Register because there is a more important matter to address in the form of a question and of course, it centers on timing: What’s really going on while everybody is busy reading the Epstein documents?
Let’s begin with several admissions.

For one, I’ve followed others’ work on Epstein more extensively than I’ve completed my own analysis; plugging it into the broader body of work where it fits with precision.
For another, I’ve kept the analysis focused mostly on the operational aspects, vectors and lanes, which generally omits the more sordid details.

It’s important to note that the IC/CIA/Biden Administration have been engaged in both domestic and international cover-up operations for a wide slate of corruption, criminality and treason; much of it at the hands of the Biden Crime Family and the U.S. politburo writ large.

The confirmed analysis here goes down the same operational cover-up lane and our first indicator is the timing of it all and how its overlaid by the documents at the Federal Register.
That should be of no surprise to anyone considering how those cover-up operations began with one of the most notorious events in U.S. history when Jeffery Epstein did not kill himself.
Dead men don’t speak.
Dead men also don’t reveal a cache of sex and drug based audio/video blackmail files maintained on the world’s most influential people; many of them Americans in the entertainment, sports and political classes.
For our purposes here, pay particular attention to the underlined information relative to the confirming piece discussed below that was published today and features an Xwitter post by Mike Cernovich.
Recall that Cernovich is an attorney, filmmaker and author who was one of the early investigators that filed lawsuits for the release of the Epstein files [source].
The follow-up post and findings from the Federal Register stated that,
Here are some things to think about.
For one, Biden signed an EO right before Xmas continuing jurisdiction for one of two things – investigation or cover-up: ‘Continuation of the National Emergency With Respect to Serious Human Rights Abuse and Corruption’. [1]
Read the original EO ‘Blocking the Property of Persons Involved in Serious Human Rights Abuse or Corruption’ here. [2]
Note how [in the original EO] “corruption” drags governments and officials into the equation and specifically within the EO, “to be a current or former government official, or a person acting for or on behalf of such an official.”
Note that “serious human rights abuse” encompasses human trafficking and all of the associated sexual exploitation crimes.
Apply that to this development: ‘Whistleblower Warns US Government Is ‘Middleman’ in Child Trafficking at the Border.’ [3]The Biden Administration has trafficked 10+ million illegal aliens across the southern border alone.
Consider this fact that bears down on the original question: the Epstein documents appear to contain details on what was a lot of information already known plus new information.
This means they took not-news and fattened it up with a little news and said, “look here.”
The people exposed were largely already exposed and now the sordid details are positioned to occupy the attention of a starving audience not looking at an exponentially larger problem.
The implications of the U.S. government’s involvement in human trafficking is an emerging matter that is extremely problematic for the Biden Administration.
The Intelligence Community likes neat, tidy ends; not loose ones.
That’s why they began removing Biden about a year ago.
With Biden, they can compartmentalize the fall-out from any southern border human trafficking operation and flush it with the ongoing operation to remove him altogether.
Conveniently, Joe Biden’s name also appears on the Epstein documents.
What a neat, tidy little package we have.
Maybe that’s the game.
Look here, private citizen bad guys we already knew to be bad guys plus a whole bunch of new fat to chew on.
Don’t look here, U.S. government doing the same thing times 10 million.
Maybe that’s it.
Something to think about.
Oh, one more question before we go.
Former FBI Director Louis Freeh, who was nominated for federal judicial service by GHWB in 1991 and by Clinton to lead the FBI in 1993; exiting just before 9/11 in 2001, appeared on the Epstein list.
Epstein was considered by many to be a Mossad operation and I contend that the FBI largely had what Mossad had from Epstein.
As FBI Director, Louis Freeh would have known this and more importantly, protected the information rather than expose it and refer it to DOJ for prosecution.
To my question.Is this why Louis Freeh’s family foundation donated $100,000 to a trust for two of President Biden’s grandchildren as comporting with email exchanges with Hunter Biden to “explore future options” to work together on important “legal matters”? [4]
Sorry, just one more question.
Do you think that just maybe there is something bigger than Epstein going on here and maybe we should be looking at that?

Cernovich confirms fundamental aspects of the Epstein matter in ways that comport with the existing analysis on the Biden Administration’s international and domestic cover-up operations; and where Biden’s name also appears in the Epstein documents.
By the definition of black letter law, the Biden Administration is engaged in human trafficking at the southern border that dwarfs the Epstein matters by exponents and specifically, by a factor of 10 million.
Biden is the nation’s chief law enforcement officer at the same time he is Commander in Chief of the U.S. military.
Biden is a Chinese proxy in service to the IC/CIA and running point on DOJ/FBI operations in namesake only recalling that technically, we’re in the last year of Barack Obama’s third and arguably fourth term.
An aspect of cover-up operations is the compartmentalization and disaggregation of evidence:
Now, ask yourself how former FBI Director Louis Freeh might serve as a container and how that might overlay his family’s $100,000 donation to a trust for two of Joe Biden’s grandchildren; the same Joe Biden who is a Chinese proxy in service to the IC/CIA and running point on DOJ/FBI operations in namesake only?
Ask if the IC/CIA compartmentalized the Epstein matters with FBI Director Freeh, who was first appointed to federal judicial service in 1991 by the ‘Godfather of Treason’, George H.W. Bush; meaning he was borne out of ‘Dynastic Bush’; and where Freeh was ushered-out of the FBI a couple of months before 9/11?
Ask if the IC/CIA compartmentalized the Epstein matters with FBI Director Freeh, who was nominated by President Bill Clinton to become FBI Director in 1993 and where Clinton’s name is plastered all over the Epstein documents?
Ask if it’s similar to how the IC/CIA compartmentalized another ‘Dynastic Bush’ operation in 9/11; and Hillary Clinton’s treason in the Uranium One deal, with the same asset the DOJ tasked to run it’s Trump “Russian collusion” lawfare operation, former FBI Director Robert Mueller?
Ask if it’s similar to how the IC/CIA compartmentalized Obama/Brennan authorized FISA/FISC/Section 702 “Russian collusion” spying and the non-prosecution of Hillary Clinton in Clintonite and former FBI Director James Comey?
Ask if it’s similar to how the IC/CIA is compartmentalizing a fake “pandemic,” a stolen 2020 election, a fake “insurrection,” the real hunting of Biden’s political opposition and the back-end of a conversion to Marxist communism with current FBI Director Christopher Wray?
Ask if it’s both reasonable and plausible that the IC/CIA timed the release of the Epstein documents as a deflection point construct away from a U.S. government-based human trafficking operation larger than the Epstein affair by a factor of 10 million?
Is the IC/CIA packaging it all up with a Joe Biden they’ve been working to factor-out for over a year so that they can flush it all and finally wipe their hands clean of Epstein?
I believe there is sufficient evidence to state that this is exactly what is occurring and I’m leaving the door wide-open for the “what’s really going on” aspect to be something different, a combination of both or a combination of other things not mentioned here.
Regardless, look here, Epstein documents!
