The Friday attack on a Moscow concert hall that has resulted in the deaths of 133 Russians with as many as 140 more reported to have also perished, immediately gave way to one undeniable thought: the Intelligence Community has its fingerprints all over this. Even before Friday’s terrorist attack, a resounding volume of clear and arduous war analysis indicated that Russia’s so-called war against Ukraine is actually military countermeasures to decades long NATO encroachment on Russian national sovereignty and overlaid by severe national security concerns. Beginning in 2014, the Intelligence Community began regime change operations under Obama/Biden/Clinton/Kerry/Nuland that eventually leveraged Ukrainian oligarch Ihor Kolomoyskyi to install Volodymyr Zelensky as President. This permitted the Intelligence Community to capture Ukraine as a geopolitical proxy and through it, the US/NATO/West is fighting a proxy war against Russia that is a hair’s width from fully lifting the veil to reveal what is planned for next: direct kinetic engagement between the two nuclear superpowers.

Augment this fact set with another thoroughly evidenced position: ISIS is a US Intelligence Community operation comprised of a network of regional terror cells brought into existence with funding and training by the Obama Administration and handled by former US Senator John McCain.

The analysis is clear:
- Via its proxy State Department, the Intelligence Community issued its pretext notice through the Moscow embassy
- The attack subsequently occurred as warned
- The attack was executed by a known IC functionary ISIS
- The attack occurred in a proxy war against Russia and it represents asymmetrical warfare in that war
There is only one conclusion to be drawn: the IC has its fingerprints all over the Moscow concert hall attack.
Not surprisingly, Russian President Vladimir Putin issued these remarks in a response; and pay very particular attention to his terminology as overlaid by the analysis linked below it: Putin Vows Revenge For “Bloodbath” Moscow Attack, Points Finger At Help From Ukraine, As 11 ‘Terrorists’ Captured.
“All perpetrators, organizers and customers of this crime will suffer fair and inevitable punishment. Whoever they are, whoever guides them. I repeat, we will identify and punish everyone who stands behind the terrorists, who prepared this atrocity, this attack on Russia, on our people.”
“The main goal now is to prevent those who are behind this bloodbath from committing new crimes.”
Russian President Vladimir Putin
Unquestionably, “bloodbath” is an Intelligence Community narrative talking point being leveraged towards the steal of the 2024 election and any civil unrest that is planned to preempt that election or occur in response to it.
Putin’s careful word choice of “bloodbath” is implicit messaging to the Intelligence Community and it should take heed of Putin’s promise that “all perpetrators” will face “inevitable punishment.”
In that moment, Putin was talking directly to the IC.
